I thought yellow cards get voided for the final, but as far as I can tell from the regulations, they carry over.

The FIFA voids them in the World Cup, but they and the UEFA have that on going competition on who can make the dumber regulations. Looks like the UEFA is winning this one...

Yeah, dumb as f*ck. Munich also has 7 players in danger of missing the final. For the UEFA it's not a good decision from a marketing point of view as well if a lot of players aren't even available in the final.
