People need to stop referring to the Knicks as irrelevant. It's not 2006 anymore.

Someone even went as far as to say that Knicks haven't been relevant since they won their titles, thus totally minimizing the entire decade of the 90s as far as the Knicks are concerned.

It's silly, imo.

As for the video...if that happened today, you'd be looking at a bunch of suspensions.

lol....I nearly forgot about this game. Great great memories....about this Season:

Pippen played like a MVP....unfortunately he didn't won the award.

Now I'm going to say something big: If Chicago would have won game seven in that year, they would have played the finals and maybe won is all!

Stern killed all that. And he was killing it before The Malice At The Palace. MATP just sped up the process.

I remember fights all the time in the NBA back in the 80s/90s. Players would get ejected and get MAYBE 1 or 2 game suspension, not the 15+ they get today just for swinging a punch (not connecting, just swinging).

Good catch. A little pet peeve of mine--I hate that many fans (some Bulls fans included) keep up the error that Scottie led that Bulls team to the Eastern Conference Finals.

"OMG, Scottie led the Bulls to the ECF without MJ! They were one game from the NBA Finals without MJ!!!!eleventyone111!"

Wrong. They only made it to the second round.

I was actually going to google that, I was curious how long the suspensions were, heck in today's rules they'd have to suspend both rosters for leaving the bench
