We lost with HC in the Finals. I'm leaning to "not giving a damn".

If we meet OKC in the Finals, you wanna play OKC 3 straight games if we drop one even in our home floor?
About the ECF, only Chicago has the home court, where LeBron loves to play. I have no problem with Bulls having home court, we did some magical things there. Why do people keep worrying about HCA in the ECF against Chicago? what if we both don't make it lol. Also with a hobbled Rose, who knows if they make it past Boston.

I was remembering 2006 and we won without HCA. Think about it, we dropped the first 2 games right. But we had 3 straight games at home and won, then won the next. If a team with HCA loses one of their 1st two, they lose HCA anyway... until they win again on the other team's home floor.

We lost 2 games at home including being friggin eliminated with the other team celebrating on our home floor. This team didn't want to protect home court, but our best games came on the road thinking about it. Besides Game 5 against Boston at home. Game 4 was great, then LeBron close two games (1 with Wade) IN Chicago lol.

HCA in the finals doesn't bother me as much because the 3 road games last year were hell. It's still gunna be a tall order though to beat chicago without HCA and then have to beat the spurs or thunder without HCA.

Home Court in the finals doesn't mean anything. You play 2 games at home and then 3 on the road? That doesn't sound fun at all. I'd rather split the first 2 and have a chance at winning 3 at home.

Home court in the NBA Finals has always seemed to me to be a disadvantage unless the HCA team is a clear cut heads and shoulders favorite over the other team. you lose 1 of those first 2 at home and things get dicey....

Home court really only matters when you start talking about having to advance deep into the playoffs in 2-3-4 cosecutive series without it.....we will only have to worry about that in the ECF or Finals and we have won a title without either in the past.

and dont be so quick to put Chicago in the ECF with a pending series vs Boston. that will be a 7 game very intense matchup and even if the Bulls do win that matchup it would provide us with prime situation to come in with a ton of energy and catch the Bulls on a let down in Game one at Chicago. all of this provided we advance vs NY and Indy.

We didn't have HC for ECF or Finals in 2006 either. We good!

THIS in 2006 we lost first two games than won 4 in a row I find the 2-3-2 setup more helping to the team that doesn't have home court advantage. I'm just worried abut the role players we don't needa bother about HCA.

Let's just focus on getting to the ECF. New York won't be easy but Indiana should be of great concern. Heat need to be playing well before the Indiana series. Everyone knows that if all teams are playing their best, the Heat will win.

We don't need HC in any of those series, it wasn't a factor last year and I doubt it's going to be this year. Besides we don't know who is going to come out of the west, could be Memphis for all we know, and Chicago isn't a lock to make it to the ECF either.

If we're better than our opponents, we will win anywhere. Our Big3 travel well, it's about the bench being productive on the road. I don't care where it is,we can beat anyone in a 7 game series. PEACE.

I like being the road team in the later rounds. It makes those first two games less pressure for me as a fan, because we're playing with house money, and any of those first two games we win totally shifts the pressure of the series. And the finals is set up for the road team to extend the series as much as possible.
