My guesses:

Saturday
3PM: Knicks @ Bulls/Heat (ABC)
5:30PM: Sixers @ Bulls/Heat (TNT)
8PM: Magic @ Pacers (ESPN)
10:30PM: Mavs @ Thunder (ESPN)

Sunday
1PM: Celtics @ Hawks (ESPN)
3:30PM: Lakers against whomever (ABC)
7PM & 9:30PM: Jazz @ Spurs (TNT) & Clippers/Grizzlies (TNT) --- this depends on who gets home court in the Grizzlies/Clippers series. If LAC, they get the 9:30PM slot, if Grizzlies win, they get the 7PM slot.

Well, I hope the Bulls are an early game so that I can actually watch it. I have something that I have to leave at about 4PM CST for, and I want to see the first Bulls beatdown of the playoffs.

Now, there's a chance the Bulls open up in that 8PM EST time slot......

I hope the Bulls come out and strangle the Sixers, and send a message. Last year, the bulls started off slow against the Pacers and needed Derrick Rose heroics to win that game. Stay focused and locked in and spread the ball around against a very good sixers defense, and this shouldn't be more than a 4 or 5 game series.

I'm excited to see NY Miami, though. NY matches up well and can at least fatigue Miami a bit

pacers are 3rd in the east this season.

maybe that should shut up everybody to let them know that the pacers were much better than their record indicated last season. they have a lot of weapons and good coaching. they are really a microcosm of the bulls, except they dont have a derrick rose to close the deal.

this bulls team is much more familiar with each other, and the role players are more confident and dont sit and wait for rose to take over anymore. last night vs the pacers i saw more from boozer, noah, korver, watson, taj and asik. deng will be deng. rose going down was a blessing in disguise cause it taught guys how to do it without rose. rose has been terrible for the most part since he has come back and we still winning cause the supporting cast is much much better.

so if the sixers think they getting the bulls team of last season that just sat around waiting for rose to do his thing they everybody feed off that they have another thing coming. they are getting a bulls team that has damn near the whole squad contributing in some way or another and everybody knows what they role is. rose is now more the cherry and icing on top of the cake, rather than him being the whole cake itself.

actually wouldnt be surprised if we sweep philly. but i will give them 1 game at home.

I think ESPN has all Eastern Conference playoff games and TNT has all Western Conference this year. I just hope it's not a day game. Only thing Im worried about in the playoffs are day games.

TNT also carries exclusive coverage of one NBA Conference Final. From 2005 on, TNT has aired the Eastern Conference Finals in odd-number years and the Western Conference Finals in even-number years. They will air the 2013 and 2015 Eastern Conference Finals, and the 2012, 2014, and 2016 Western Conference Finals. ESPN airs the other Conference Final, with weekend coverage of the ESPN covered series and the Finals being broadcast on ABC.

So looks like they may still do 1st/2nd round games.

I don't think anybody is suggesting the Pacers aren't legit, but the Bulls nearly dropped the first two home games at home against them. If anything, I'm suggesting the Bulls took the pacers lightly last year and were nearly upset at home the first game. I expect them to come out and stomp on Philly

I hope it's an evening game. The first game should be Magic/Pacers. No one gives a crap about that series.

I'd love to see it at 8pm. Would just build up the anticipation all day!

It's either 330 or 8. There's no chance Indiana/Orlando gets primetime spots like 8, or marquee times like 3:30 on a weekend, over Bulls/Sixers or Knicks. ZERO.

Personally, its clear everything is being held up by the knicks. If they win, they get a quick turnaround, as they will be the Saturday afternoon game against the heat. Drop to the 8 seed and they get the bulls at 8.

Actually that should be the 5:30 game. Nobody watches basketball at 5:30 in the afternoon in the spring.
