They were chasing a playoff spot before March, and they smelled blood with our pathetic franchise, and came down from 13-14 to potentially 3 or 4, while our team went from 4th to 7-8. He will be gone.

Nah, they just have competent management, and we don't. But I'm sure we'll look at that overtime win in Utah, or ben uzoh's triple double with fondness when Barnes gets picked before us.

Should of known it was Perry Jones since we love inconsistency.

Barnes is the epitome of consistency

If we're drafting 7-8 and end up with Lamb, Barnes, or PJIII we'll be blessed. Barnes I think might sneak in the top 6. I would be looking to trade down a spot or two to
Select him.

If anyone else made so many threads like this it'd be called spamming. But when a mod does it it's all good

90%+ probability that one of Sullinger, Barnes, Lamb, PJ3 or Damian Lillard are available for us. We should really focus a ton on scouting these players.

I'd love Barnes, but chances are he impresses at the combine and goes top 5 with Drummond dropping out

Anyways I take Barnes over anyone else at 7th-9th easy

Holy hell, honestly I think what matters even more than the game tonight against New Jersey is the result of this Golden State-Toronto coin toss. Being in the top 7 of this draft secures you one of Anthony Davis, Drummond, Barnes, Beal, Lamb, MKG and T-Rob. Beyond that, you're looking at a significant drop off in talent. I will be SO pumped if we win coin toss!

Barnes isn't even gonna cross my mind unless we move up in the lottery to many
teams in front of us have a dire need for a scoring SF.

I won't be.

Almost EVERY year someone who's NOT a bottom 4 team ends up in the top 4......our pick is 8th overall at best hence the frustration. If anything pray someone like Lillard or Rivers fools someone into picking them in the top 7.

Sole possession of 7th would be a DREAM.

The 7th pick is usually the luckiest spot when it comes to jumping into the top-3.

NO to Barnes.

Hes like a poor mans Marvin Williams with less handles.

I know its only one video, but notice what he lacks..

We don`t need another spot up shooter that can`t create for himself / beat his man off the dribble

Barnes is soft and does not have the mentality we need for our future SF..

You should notice that clip was last season. Want me to show you "clips" of how he's able to beat his man off the dribble? Barnes is nowhere near soft, go get your scouting reports from draftexpress or elite scouting sites, and prove to me he's soft.

Was totally on the barnes bandwagon when march madness started, but got off of it as the games progressed because I saw a total lack of desire to get involved. He just didn't give a ****. Me no likey.

I think he wanted to get involved but its hard to do when your whole game relies on Kendall Marshall setting you up for a 3.
