OMG It's BC! he has a flashy tie again

says he feels like he's in the Forum Club in los angeles whatever that is, some joke about the huge curtain he came out from

says casey followed through on their plan, the idea for organic growth instead of freeagency

says he'll do that this summer instead (boooo)

says he wanted to change culture of team, learn how to win, not accept losing

get tougher on defence, says they've always been able to score the ball easily, needed to focus on D

says second pillar of his plan (wth?) was to develop internally

says young players all got chance to play (no they didn't)

says losing was purposeful losing, it was losing with positive steps and growth

says silver lining of losing, and the 3rd pillar (wth?) of his plan was to get a better draft pick
