outside of the bench press (I'd be surprised if he could lift the bar more then once) he'll kill every drill. speed, lane agility, shooting drills, ball handling, the kid really has it all and plus he has a freakish wing span never seen before from a shooting guard.

I'm glad that at least some of us realize how great of a draft pick Lamb would be. But if we end up with the 8th pick who do we take:

1-7:
davis
t-rob
mkg
drummond
beal
lamb
barnes

8th: ?? Austin Rivers anyone?

At first I thought you were talking about Durant. But now I know you're talking about Durant Jr.

I really hope not. I'd be happy with Terrence Ross with the eight pick. Not over Lamb of course if he's available.

I've said this throughout the whole season, but Lamb isn't going to disappoint. Watch his stock skyrocket. He's going to destroy every prospect in a one-on-one.

Just keep showing up low in those mock drafts, hopefully he'll fall to us. My main concern is I can see Colangelo passing him up just because we have Demar. Plus, me and BC have never been on the same page of drafting outside of the Demar pick. I don't know, just have a bad feeling about this draft.

He won't slip to 7th/8th.

Same thing with Tyreke-ee (as Leo Rautins would say), mocks had him as low as top 8-10 before workouts, and he ended up going in the top 5.

Well if he's taken high, someone drops to us. Barnes goes to Cleveland im pretty positive about that. A back court mate that would take the ball out of Irvings hands isn't what they need, plus they loved Barnes going back to last season. Add in the Thompson pick (not necessarily BPA) and they seem to draft more on how the players will fit then anything.

Just watching Jeremy Lamb move off the ball was a treat to watch this year. Moving off the ball is truly a loss art in today's NBA game. Lamb actually knew how to set up his defender walking them into screens, and peeling ready for a catch-and-shoot. His utilization of body fakes, flares, and change of speeds was remarkable how he would lull his defender to sleep then the quick burst off speed off of a pin down for the 15-foot pull-up. What's more important was his footwork. Good off-ball players don't waste energy. They use the least amount of movement and execute to get a good shot off, and that's what I saw from Lamb. He'd pivot with his inside foot coming down from a screen, so all he had to do was catch, elevate, and shoot. Too many guys have to look at their feet when they curl to set up, and that allows the defender some time to recover. Even a second for the defender to recover can disrupt the shot. Guys like Ray Allen, J.J. Redick, Kyle Korver and Kevin Durant all have this. Lamb's going to be one too.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

Warriors wouldn't pass up Lamb. He fits their team perfectly, they would just move Klay up to SF (his skill-set is a lot like a SFs anyways). It will be hilarious, yet painful, to see Warriors end up with Curry/Lamb and us end up with DD/Rivers because of 1 or 2 extra wins in a meaningless season. #winningculture

If we were to get Barnes I would try to trade DD for Lamb in a heart beat.

I can't believe we're just out of range to get a great prospect, yet it makes perfect sense.

There is no way Thompson can play sf. He would get murdered on defence. I'm pretty sure they will choose a big. The real concern is Portland who they will take.

I think GSW does whatever they can to get Barnes, then they go into next season with Curry/Klay/Barnes/Lee/Bogut and try for 45 Ws+ immediately
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change
