And it's taken them over 5 years of being pitiful to just get to the point where they're playing decent ball.

Who wouldn't? When you tank for as long as they have, you're bound to collect some talent. But despite them sucking this long, they still only have a couple of worthwhile prospects. Sad state to be in

^^^Damnn... What did MJ do to him? That writer ripped MJ apart, way over the top! MJ has power with the media in Chicago, that guy might be out of a job soon.

I don't normally agree with frivolous uses of the word hate, but this was very hateful. Pathetic.

And the ignorance of these fools is bloody astounding.

"Back in 1996, Jordan told me: ‘‘Look, I know I could score as many points as I want to score. If I decided to average 37 points a game, 40 points a game, and didn’t give a damn about wins or what this team does, I could do it. But I want to win. I want everybody to have that same feeling.’’

What happened?"

Are these little shihts even trying anymore? Is this Ricky Bobby writing this? If you're not first every single time, you're last forever! Jackass.

No one from Chicago should hate on MJ - he gave them their only NBA championships and I seriously doubt this Bulls team will win a championship this decade unless Lebron or Howard magically joins them. They are the 90's Pacers - there is just no chance they get by the Heat with Lebron and Wade there

Nothing will ever take away from this, nothing. Not even the bad post-NBA dressing, not even the divorce and the remarriage, not even the poor record as an NBA owner:

MJ talks at hooptee golf event

"I think (Kidd-Gilchrist is) going to be fine," Jordan said. "I think the kid has the potential to be, as I call him, a connector. He can connect a lot of dots, a Scottie Pippen-like player.

"Everbody's complaining about his shooting. He never illustrated to me that he's afraid to shoot the basketball. He can still shoot the ball. He believes he can make shots. I think the kid is going to be okay.

"Jeffery I like. He's steady, consistent, tough. He's going to be a good pro. He knows how to play. He's going to be all right.

I found his quotes regarding this years olympic team vs the dream team rather interesting as well.

Michael Jordan Executive Box or Bench?

Post#95 » by BobsBuddy » Sun Jul 15, 2012 6:14 pm

:D :D :D :D MJ..You own the team and can sit where you want and with who you want at TWC Arena.
Its time you move up to your own "MJ" Box. We know how much you love the game and feel a part of the team, but having a legend sit next to a Rookie or 1st year player intimidates the hell out of them and results in lower productivity. Believe me if you move off that bench our team scoring average will go up. It's not easy coming off the floor after screwing up a play and the only seat available is next to El 'Supremeo let alone Coach Dunlap. Please think about it this year.

MUCH rather MJ on the bench then hidden away in a box. MJ, please stay on the bench. If players get intimidated by MJ sitting on the bench...well, then they clearly are not the players to lead us to the promise land. Can't deal with the pressure of MJ sitting on the bench, what will you do in the playoffs?
