I really like the logo. Not sure how great the black/white will be on jerseys, I would think it's going to feel very Spurs, but i'll reserve judgement.

Get a top 3 pick in the lottery and then we can start cooking with gas.

The circle looks much better, IMO.

I'm thinking more like the Heat's "blackout" jersey since the Spurs' colors are black and silver.

Or the classic Magic pinstripe jerseys, which were one of the most bad*** jerseys out there.

The secondary logo is far far far far better looking than the primary. It's clear, clean, simple with Brooklyn and even New York in there as well. A great logo:

Look at how the Barclays Centre is going to look on game night, it will be insane, I wish I lived there to get a season ticket. With the black box lighting (only the court will be lit) it's all going to shape up to be a basketball colosseum. Check out the layout:

So so so much swag!!!

Yeah I like that round one much more than the shield.

Hey N.I,

Small detail but put the Nets shield on the arena next to the paint (if you know what I'm talking about?)

And sorry to hear about the immense shipping fees for international guys like you =/

From ND:
Yormark also revealed that while the circular logo will appear at center court at Barclays, the shield, which he described as "the shield of Brooklyn", would appear on the teams shorts. Fans will have to wait to see the rest of the uniform til the fall, Yormark said.

See, I told ya'll the logo was gonna be on the shorts.

I would put the sheild on the area next to the paint but I didn't do it so not going to start trying to add things etc to this, although it would be easy enough I just don't have the time right now im afraid.

Yeh man, I was so pumped to get some of the gear. I had over $200 worth of stuff in my basket and went to pay and they we're looking for $93 shipping on top of the price of the gear. To say im pissed is an understatement. You'd think it was the perfect opportunity for the Nets to push the brand internationally and build a bigger fan base with casual fans but noooooo.

I posted a few of the tee's and caps I tried to buy on facebook and a lot of friends wanted to get some who have no clue it's about Basketball or for a Basketball team called the Brooklyn Nets. They were just interested in the designs like the adidas cap on top of the ball with the B over it. People want the gear causally in Northern Ireland and yet there is no way to get it over here with the prices, its a joke.

Beyond pissed off

Irina Pavlova said there was hot debate whether to use "B" as new logo for Nets logo or "BK." Jay Z really pushed for the "B"

Come on Jay-Z...what's wrong with BK?

Brooklyn = B = Basketball, therefore, Brooklyn = Basketball.

I can see that being the message, especially given the logo design of the basketball with just a 'B' on it. It can stand for 'Brooklyn', but it can also stand for 'Basketball'. In the end, with a successful product, they become synonymous.

This actually should really be addressed to the Nets management, because if they want more fans, they certainly are going about it the wrong way shunning fans from abroad.

I don't think there's much they can do. They can't control shipping (or more than likely, customs) fees.
