Who thought that? Maybe I'm alone but the Mavs scare the hell out of me.

Take the good with the bad, but he's definitely a great player who's improved major from his sophomore year. Love that he has a reliable mid rage game now.

Why the hell did the Mavs wait so long to take that last foul, so they could send Harden to the line? Wtf :-?

Eh, last year we had Peja in Carter's place. That's most of the difference I think. Terry and Kidd will be hot and cold, Dirk attempts a small number of 3s, so idk. Dirk has been bad at his 3s lately, but I was hoping he'd tune it up for the playoffs.

Dallas has got to adjust how they guard Westbrook, this under the screen bs isn't working, Westbrook is a reliable shooter now.

I know right? Nobody with common sense thought the Mavs were gonna be an easy out. I love how everyone wants to act like OKC is 2-0 just because of luck.

'Everyone' was stupid to think that. These are the defending champs, with good defenders, a very good coach, and Dirk reprising his role from last year as the best player in the playoffs.

dallas is doing a fantastic job of keeping OKC away from the rim (partially thanks to zone I think)

those mid range shots are the best looks he's getting, probably the most trouble I've ever seen Westbrook having getting to the basket and finishing

They didn't want to foul Durant, but there just isn't a good option to foul when you're playing the Thunder. They should've just fouled immediately, no reason to let three very good free throw shooters pass it around and still have to foul one of them. At the very least they could've tried to steal the ball at some point, they just let them make passes.

I thought Ken Mauer played well today, James Capers was a bit off, but Zach Zarba was able to pull it off at the end of the game.

Those two teams are only as good as they are shooting beyond the arc because they have the most effective, and efficient players attacking the paint. LBJ and tony parker have been monsters in the paint this season.

Some championship teams' legacy is best defense in history, best offense in history, most dominant frontcourt, etc. If okc ever wins a championship their legacy will be greatest FT shooting team all-time, lol.

But he is hitting it at such a high rate that is worrysome. Let's see if he can do it on the road, though.

That loss is on Jason Terry. I understand he has championship experience, but when the opposing team is inbounding the ball and has less than 3 seconds to get a shot off, you don't gamble for the ball. You make the opposing player take the toughest shot of his life. That gamble cost the Mavs the game.

Westbrook, Harden, and Durant are all elite FT shooters. It's hard to pick one to foul.

Spurs are definitely jump shooting teams, however they actually run offense. OKC is nothing but ISO, ISO, ISO.

Kidd's offense was horrible 1-6 from 3, but his defense was fantastic. Such good hands. Mavs have no one to blame but themselves. Dirk terry kidd had so many open 3s. I'm not even a mavs or thunder fan but I was yelling at the tv "why can't you make a 3!" west should have been in for kidd
