*Phi has 12 players, Toronto 15, so this 4 for 1 swap works.
Phi trades:
Ellis $6,000,000 ($11,000,000 outgoing)
= $11,000,000
Toronto trades:
Avery Bradley $1,524,480
Gerald Henderson $2,250,600
James Johnson $1,833,120
Aaron Gray $2,500,000
2013 TOR 2nd
= $8,108,200
Difference: $2,891,800
Toronto can absorb the Salary, because we are about 4mil under the cap.
Why? We were super high on Bradley but we couldn’t pass up on an 7b-amnestied Ellis.

PDX and MIN have a trade to announce.
PDX outgoing:
Arron Afflalo $7,562,500
Anderson Varejao $7,700,000
Tracy McGrady $854,389
2012 PHI 1st (unprotected)
total: $20,758,920
MIN outgoing:
Brad Miller $4,752,000
Martell Webster $5,256,000
Darko Milicic $4,776,500
Eric Gordon $3,831,184
total: $20,126,031
Gordon is a stud. Injury concerns aside he is back healthy, and looks like a top 5 SG. Young, a brilliant passer for a SG and an efficient, explosive scorer that can shoot and drive in equal order we are pleased to add him to our roster.

Timberwolves accept. We needed to break through and make a trade, and we feel good about this one. We weren't sure if Gordon could ever stay healthy for a full season. The other three guys sent out we had zero intention of keeping past this season. In return we get a moderately paid defensive center and shooting guard, which fills two of our biggest needs on the team. We really like how both of them fit alongside our two stars Love and Rubio.
Oh yeah, and we get a likely top 5 pick too.

Trade # 39
Houston / NEW JERSEY DEAL
Houston Sends
Luis Scola (amnesties - $ 3,591,793); Parsons ($850,000) and 2012 Indy 1st ($4.442M) out:
New Jersey Sends
Brook Lopez (RFA - $3,076,983) and Gerald Green ($435,678) = $ 3,512,667 (x 1.25 = 4,390 + 100K)
Houston needed to upgrade it's Lopez and gets it done with this deal. Brooks fits well in Rockets youth movement and will play well with young core. Green has come on an will audition, but Rox are solid at the wing. We are still realizing the Buddinger divident and Dudley made Parsons expendable. Tough negotiations but nice deal in the end. Enjoyed the trade Kopennen!

A very tough negotiating process netted both teams a very fair deal. We do it because Lopez was expendable and because Scola (on the cheap) fits perfectly with Bogut. Parsons is a very good up and comer who played 30 mins per as a rookie and is cheap. The first gives us bait in a future trade.
Good dealing.

Trade 40
Atlanta and Portland have a deal:

Atlanta waived Pargo prior to this deal so we have roster spots.
we do it for the dancing Lou.

I love the Westbrook/Johnson fit, Johnson is a good playmaker that can take some of the pressure off of Westbrook.

Trade #XX.
Atlanta and Indy.
Atlanta sends out Bonner (3,315,000),
Indy sends out Foster (3,000,000).
Atlanta does it because with our Patty Mills Australian rules drinking game, we have a need for Fosters.
Indy gets a great talent who is putting up solid numbers and is under appreciated here.
Edit: Trade removed until Indy's roster updated.

Trade #41.
Atlanta and Utah
Atlanta sends out Zaza 4,750,000 and Phx 2012 2nd rounder.
Utah sends out Udoh 3,294,960.
Deal works as 3,294,960 x 1.5 = 4942440 > 4,750,000 and Utah is under the lt.
Atlanta gives up a great 2nd rounder and a quality big on a less then mle deal, but we like the idea of having an Udoh.

UTA accepts. I love this deal. First, Zaza is 8/8 on 50% for the year, 9/9 on 51% when a starter, and he's the perfect fit for my team (hits mid-range well, rebounds well, hustles). Second, I love the pick. People may not realize, that with only 24 teams, the 2nd round is picks 25-48. So with PHX rebuilding, it should be very good, in the 25-28 range, instead of the 31-34 range in the other games. So it's like getting a late first, but on a cheap deal, I love it

Milwaukee and Houston have a trade to announce.
Bucks outgoing:
Marcin Gortat - ($6,790,640)
Jeremy Lin - ($762,195)
Jon Leuer - ($473,604)
MIL 2013 2nd
MIL 2014 2nd
Total = $8,026,439 x1.5 = $12,039,659
Rockets outgoing:
Kyle Lowry - ($5,750,000)
Channing Frye - ($5,600,000)
Earl Boykins - ($327,141)
Total = $11,677,141
Bucks do this deal to get our floor general of the future. We love the leadership, defensive tenacity and offense that Kyle brings to out team. We are sad to see Marcin go, but we feel comfortable move Brendan Haywood into the starting lineup. Good dealing, Scott.

Houston surprisingly confirms this deal. This was going to be the game the I picked my franchise guy and stayed with him. It's been real Kyle - but Lowry is gone. Good PG, great contract. However, Lin'sanity' is not flash and McHale will go Old school with an inside/out - Pass first PG triggering the offense. The acquisition of Gortat and the stretch ability of Leuer enhance the Rockets solid core of young, talented prospects. The added picks can bring in new talent or be used in trades.
This was definitely an interesting trade to work though. Enjoyed dealing with you Connor.

#43 LAL - BK
Lakers outgoing:
(CHI) '12 2nd rd pick
Nets outgoing:
$1,000,000
**Note**: The Lakers had the right to receive cash from the Nets in lieu of receiving the Bulls 2012 2nd rd pick.
We did this because we didn't feel someone we picked with that pick could come in and break the rotation and those wouldn't benefit a team so close to a championship. The added money obviously will serve a better purpose for the Lakers going forward.

Atlanta outgoing: Lou Williams 5,176,000

Money is within 100k so it works.

Atlanta does it as we have a plan, and those future considerations might be the '17 2nd rounder we need for our plan.
NJ/Brooklyn, please wait until all prior trades have been approved to post (or have another team) a new one. Just a note for the future.
