I think they would be very happy if Chris Greenwood earned a spot on the active gameday rosters in 2012. They will try him as a boundary corner (Houston's role) first, at least I assume that's the plan. If he looks stiff in coverage then I suspect he will fight with Spievey for that hybrid CB/S role in '13 and spend this year on the practice squad
How I see the secondary right now:
CB: Houston and Berry start, Bentley is nickel back, Lacey/Smith is dime
S: Delmas and Spievey start, Coleman is #3
That leaves Al Smith, Greenwood, Jonte Green, and Don Carey fighting for one roster spot, maybe two. Lacey makes the final cut for special teams regardless of depth chart, so our best hope (if Lacey sucks at CB) is that one of those four legitimately beats him out for a corner spot. I'm guessing Greenwood and Green make it and Smith and Carey are goners.
backup safeties are Wendling and Coleman, pretty clear cut foursome there. Don't see Silva making the team and he's the only other safety on the roster right now.
I am probably too high on Berry's chances now that I look at what I typed, but he was the best cover CB on the team last year.

It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game
