it leaves them too much time to think. not much playoff experience so they hesitate, shots hit the front of the rim and tendencies i've never seen out of some players come out.

our 7 footers need to grow a pair also.

ty needs to pump fake less.

The slow start to the 2nd halfs has been a problem for months, the shooting is and bad tendencies I could live with, but total lack of effort to start the 2nd half every **** game is pissing me off.

How do you nugget fans like Javale Mcgee long term as your starting Center next season?

no way of knowing what goes on in their heads.

i'd assume it's because of the deep bench and that they feel like they're not obligated to produce numbers 100% of the time.

if he matures, stops instagraming and planking in king soopers fridges, i'm up for it.

he definitely has the aggressiveness that's not teachable, i like that.

He would have to work pretty damn hard for me to be comfortable with him as my starting center next year, he has some talent and he seems to want to be a good player, but he is no where near a starting quality center on a good team.

it's better than mozgov and koufos who seem to have insecurity problems. at least mcgee isn't afraid to make a fool of himself trying something aggressive.

true, but i would trade anybody on this team for a good starting center, and I mean anybody.

no rebuttal there.. maybe gallo for me, but lately i've become more detached.

i hope something is in the works for a center. just taking a quick glance at our roster, we have an insane amount of assets, no use in keeping 12 serviceable players who don't even play their worth.

Well unlike game 1 at least the effort was there.

I think we need change starters though... Koufos doesn't cut it and Faried is getting destroyed defensively. If it were me I'd be starting Mozgov and Harrington from now on.

And perhaps I should make the next game thread, I'm 7-1 this season.

tough loss. at least it wasn't a blowout.
i'd be quite happy to watch this team for the next 2 seasons without any major roster upgrades (unless something phenomenal drops into our laps) to see how they mature and how their chemistry develops.I know it's a crazy comparison, but Jordan, Paxon, Grant and Pippen had 4 seasons together before their first championship. our last 5-6 seasons have been super tough with major roster shakeups and real lack of stability. it seems now if there's no success in a season the knee jerk reaction is to blow it up and start over...we have our young key pieces to work with i think we should put everything behind them and see what happens.

oh well, onto game 3.

its yours if you want it, and I don't know if I would take out Faried, it is bad, but Harrington has said he prefers coming off the bench, and we need him as comfortable as possible so at least he plays well.

I do like Mozgov starting though, at least he is big and a little more physical, maybe he can get in their way more then Koufos seems to.

if we do the same thing next game we did today + gallo and afflalo find their shots, we could extend this series.

afflalo just had a tough shooting night, he's usually spot on with the corner threes, he missed 3 of them tonight, i think.

gallo needs confidence.
koufos and mozogov need balls.
mcgee needs a brain.
tinman needs .....

TY LAWSON!

We live or die in this series with this man.

One more loss other than possible Game 6 is our way out from here on. I have my faith. Let's go Nuggets.
