Sharp pains are usually nerves, throbbing is usually some sort of inflamed tissue or bruise (although anything that the body is healing and directing blood to may throb) and a spread out aches are usually muscle. If it hurts when you breathe I'd guess muscle, but if you get tingling in the limbs or hands you'll want to go see a doctor.

I don't have any tingling in my limbs, so should I just put an ice pack on it or something? These two aleve didn't do a damn thing. :-?

I recommend growing a pair.

Seriously though since you took aleve you could take acetaminophen (tylenol) as well if the pain is really bugging you that badly (although I'd give the aleve a chance to do it's thing first to see if it helps). Whatever time you're up to take aleve again try taking ibuprofen (advil) instead (but don't take aleve and advil together). I usually will pop 3 ibuprofen, just try not to exceed their 24 hour limit too much. If an ice pack helps go for it. The best thing you can do is rest it off most likely.
