I cannot believe people are blaming SVG. If you blame him for us being down, then you must credit him for the comeback.

As for the last play: Indy had a great defensive lineup that could switch on EVERYTHING, executing any play was near impossible.

Yeah, he always has sucked at that.

Usually is a Jameer ISO or some kind of contested 3.

Yep, it was going to be tough to get a guy open regardless

You guys are really blaming Stan?

They switched on everyone... the logical thing to do would be to go big vs small. Even though Paul George has freakish height for a 2 guard, it was the right play.

I'm glad BBD got the last shot, he deserved it. He brought us back.

The Pacers switched on everything. Magic should have had one player cutting to the basket for an easy 2. The whole paint was wide open. Pacers knew we wanted 3.

Yeah you're right. Got to give the Pacers credit though. This one really hurts big time. A straight dagger through the heart.

Jameer Iso was a very bad call by Stan....since when have we been good at ISO's? Stan should of just stuck to what he knows...pick and roll and get a decent Stand Still look......

I guess people just hate stat for being Stan. There is a reason to hate SVG, but to blame him for that last play beyond pathetic.

The loss came when the pacers did the worst thing they could do with 36 seconds to go and actually gave stan time to call a play but of course we go to jameer for another prair iso where we never get a quality shot and he havent scored his last 5-6 attempts.

I would much rather see a pick n pop with davis or hedo/jj/J rich taking a step back jumper, anything would be better than expecting jameer to shoot over a taller defender.

How about blaming him for us being down, then credit him for the comeback, then blame him for the loss?

Of course it was. You really think the desired last play would be a fall away from Baby? Indiana stuck to our shooters and denied the inbounds. Baby was the only safe pass, thus he received the ball.
