Who has better bodies? NBA Players or NFL Players

I always thought that for the most part that NFL players would have the better bodies due to the sheer physicality of football. But NBA players like Serge Ibaka prove that there are NBA players just as ripped as NFL players. In general, NFL players have more muscle mass but NBA players are more cut and ripped. It really depends on whether you prefer more mass or the lean look. So who do you think has the better bodies?

This. We got guys like Corey Brewer and Durant playing in the NBA. And I read a while back that Amar'e, a PF/C, has a size 32 waist..

NBA players are much more cut though... and damn how does Amare pack all of that into 32 sized pants.

nfl players by far. Nfl players are among the bester athletes on the planet, most nba players cant bench 225.

Strength and speed isn't as crucial in the nba as it is the nfl.
