sessions is having a very good playoff run, what u talking aboot with the meh? his ability to control the tempo and set up the offense has been nothing short of amazing.

I guess I undervalue Sessions a bit. I am stoked with hill though. His rebounding has been Odom like tbh.

No but they make our roster way better before the trade dead line that's for sure

You also can't compare a starting PG's value to a backup big's.

+1, this is just a bad comparison, both players filled our holes. sess is still the better trade imo.

For a fast paced point guard being forced to play a slow pace, I don't see what Sessions can do better than he already is on the offensive end. Hill has been stellar imo...exactly what we need from our backup big...if only he could consistently make a 15 footer (he made one today). At the end of the day, Hill is an upgrade over Mcroberts, but Sessions is more than just an upgrade to Fish...he adds a whole new dimension to our team.

Having a pg that can single handedly take advantage of the fast break is awesome!
Having Jordan Hill doing what he is doing is a giant plus.
Mark these words: Jordan hill will be the X-factor in our triumph over the Thunder next round!

Hill looks like he's giving a larger impact because we didn't expect anything from him.

Hill's impact in keeping the bench afloat is huge. You need to have someone like him against Oklahoma City and honestly I'm going back and watching OKC vs. Dallas and I'm not impressed at all by Dallas' D. It is complete garbage.

With Metta back, Barnes providing minutes at the 2, Ebanks at the 3 I feel like the Laker bench is coming on just enough to give them a chance.

Hill has been super consistent with his play, can't say the same for Sessions tbh. Not hating though loving what Sessions has brought, his defense hasn't been good plus he needs to learn how to freaking cut to the basket and let Pau or whoever's posting up the space to do their thing.

with the loss of lamar, we lost playmaking and rebounding.

we didnt have the chemistry down, but at the moment:
- pau has replaced lamar's outside shooting (at a better clip)
- pau has replaced lamar's playmaking
- jordan has replaced lamar's rebounding (a very pleasent surprise)

and mcbob/murphs are as they should be, glued to the bench as third stringers

ramon was doing fine until mike brown told him to slow down and wait for the bigs instead of 1-man fast breaking all the time

You didn't see the Three sessions put in last in the game to put us up 3? That was huge, and show's he isn't scared of big moments which is real good news. As far as comparing Hill and Sessions goes, I love em both :)
