Yeah, that's a good comparison. Both you could qualify as douchebags, but both are pretty good at backing it up.

FYI, game thread rotation updated.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If he plays his ass off and produces, he can do and say whatever he wants IMO.

Just a big difference in opinion here. And that's fine.

He hasn't done anything yet at the big league level, and I should give him the benefit of the doubt with word that he has grown up. I obviously know he's not going to bust, though. He's going to be awesome.

Seems like a douchebag thing to do, regardless of what Harper did getting to the majors, IMO.

I flipped off the Brewers to track some of my fantasy teams. I'm going to reiterate at how funny Altuve looks out there. Man, he's short.

Hamels, you mean? I agree - I don't like that either. I guess I'm 'new school.'

Would be cool to see him get another AB, it's gonna take like 3 guys reaching base though.

Lawrie will probably be suspended a game or two. Yikes. Lost his cool.

I'd probably have the same reaction as Lawrie. Incompetent umps go unpunished once again.

He's gonna be gone awhile and deserves to be. Doesn't really matter if the call was bad, you can't react like that. Period.

He was suspended 4 games, and will appeal.

That is a suspendable offense at any level of any sport.

I'm sure you have some weird stat that proves they aren't good for some reason, and I'm not a major fan of current MLB umping...but is it really bad?
