seeing as the lakers havent fined him or a bigger deal is being made out, drew probably went out and got the disabled parking placard to stay clear of the law

Did he get fined the last time he did it? I can't recall.

that dont look like a handicap plac hanging from his mirror, looks like the scented tree stuff....no matter, nothing we say affects him anyways, he obviously doesn't think of others and thats the general perception of rich folks anyways, they do what they want and dam your opinion of them.

Maybe he is handicapped.

Are you trying to say handicaps can't tend to their lawns?

Sorry for being away for so long.

That's true, but whay does 25% of the parking spaces need to be catered to the handicapped? People always complain about the parking situation at the home depot I work at, yet you look outside and only a few handicapped parking spaces are taken. And if you wait to see who is driving it, it's just overweight people or people using their mom's/dad's/grandma's/grandpa's disability eligibility. They are perfectly fine, walks without a cane or walker. At least most of the time.

they should reduce the number of handicap parking spaces. over time, if they see that they actually do need all those spaces, then add them back.

and in Bynum's case, if someone really needs the spot he's parked in then just double park and have your placard showing. the hassle alone would make Bynum stop parking there lol
