In Stans defense, look at the short slow unathletic pathetic team that Otis has assembled. You cant make lemonade with poop.

We lost to a team that we would have beaten with just Dwight Howard by default. Just shows how pathetic this roster is and how great of a player Dwight is despite his antics this season.

Changes have to be made and we are going to have to do whatever it takes to keep Howard. I was pro-Stan until this final game. VGO said it a while back in this thread that this game was lost the second Stan put Duhon in the 4th. His rotations were awful again and Sam Mitchell said it best, Stan didn't bother to change the offensive as we still rely heavily on three point shooting.

Good luck Stan on your future endeavors but it is time that this franchise moves in a new direction.

EDIT- I also want to state above all that Otis has to be fired first and foremost. If the new GM that is hired decides to keep Stan here, then I am not going to be mad about it. I will be mad if we get a new GM, keep Stan and the roster is exactly the same. This roster has to be upgraded period.

What's your problem? The team played hard. They were just better than us. Plain and simple.

Every post seems to get more and more frustrating to read.

Thanks to the guys and the coaching staff for battling...fighting their asses off for 5 games. Not folding at the end of game 4 when it would have been easy to just throw their hands up...and working as hard as they could in game 5 until the fatigue truly set in.

You can be a fan of the team and still be a realist--the effort was there, the execution was there (as much as it could have been), the gameplan was there...but the talent was not.

You can't win a playoff series when you only have (arguably) 7 NBA caliber players on your roster.

Appreciate what you saw because a lot of other groups and coaching staffs would have been happy to have been swept out and off to their summer vacation and at least we got to feel that high for game 1.

There are inevitable changes coming...and some of you will feel vindicated when they do but just remember what this core and the guys in suits have given to you for the past season and the last 4-5 years.

I still can't believe we lost this game when it was winnable.....we were up going into the 4th and Stan just sh^t the bed by taking out the hot hand.....okay give him a rest but....why play duhon knowing that EVERYONE HATES HIM because he isn't playing well? only to be proven right with a costly turnover to basically shatter our swag and end the game.....Also instead of relying on JJ more who was playing well he gave the ball to Frickin Turk who was playing like ass.....Stan is gone....i'm sorry....Dwight is right about him....Shaq is right about him....just clean the slate and start anew.....Fresh GM....Fresh Coach...Some Fresh players will be great too....

But he did have tall, fast, and young athletic players on the bench, but seeing as they stayed on the bench all season long, it's no surprise that he didn't trust them in this series.

So sad. Another season in the books....

This could very well be the end of an era in Orlando Magic history (Dwight, Stan, Jameer, etc).

Should be an interesting off-season.
I like this team

Magic played hard, can't ask for more. We'll get Dwight back hopefully and we're going to turn to a new season. Reinsert Dwight into that Magic team that fought hard (for the most part), maybe retool the team some (dependent on FO strategy - save cap up for A or B list Stars? Or keep retooling and trying a long shot big trade?), and I'd again like the Magic for the title.

0 Championships? Yeah I appreciate what they've done, but, it was nothing special. . .
