Sorry if I missed any of these, but:

The following RFA's had their rights renounced:

Jon Leuer
James Johnson
Donald Sloan
Jeff Pendergraph
Toney Douglas

... so should enter the FA pool (suggest Tier 4)

All the following are unrestricted and missing from the list (Suggest Tier 4 for all)

Hakim Warrick
Salomon Alabi
Hamed Haddadi
JaJuan Johnson
Delonte West
Dahntay Jones
Chris Johnson
Tracy McGrady
John Lucas III
DeShawn Stevenson
Hasheem Thabeet
Robert Scarce
Christian Eyenga
Quincy Pondexter
Dante Cunningham
Donald Sloan
Anthony Parker
Sasha Vujacic
Linas Kleiza
CJ Miles
Lou Amundson
Lazar Hayward
Renaldo Balkman
Kosta Koufos
Dominique Jones
DeSagna Diop
Matt Carroll
Francisco Garcia

The following have been renounced and are probably deserving of Tier 3:

Raymond Felton
Dorrell Wright

Also, Brad Miller has retired, so should come off the list. (FWIW Ben Wallace & Jeff Foster have also retired).

OKC is proud to announce that we have resigned one of the best players in the states history!

Blake Griffin has signed a new contract for 5 year, that will pay him $80,000,000. Hopefully we will have further information to release later tonight!
Blake's financial break down is $14,000,000 / $15,000,000 / 16,000,000 / 17,000,000 / 18,000,000 (eto)

Not all teams have gotten a chance to send in offers. Players shouldn't be accepting offers yet.

This is fine with me, but if we are going to wait on the accepting of offers, I believe we should push back the times for tier 2 and 3, so that we can get tier 1 and restricted figured out first.

The most I will do is push Tier 2 and plus back til Friday 2 PM.

24 hours is good time for at least sending in offers but we will make it 48. I don't want this to drag on too long which is what slowed this game down last time.

Blake getting a max contract is just obvious and wasn't going anywhere since OKC would match anyway. That's why so far he was the only RFA to sign/resign. Now I DO take into consideration team, opportunity, money, contention, and contract status(PO/TO). So just because you offered a 5th year or more money doesn't automatically mean the player will resign.

If the lower/less interested RFA's don't receive any offers or any offers I feel like they, they'll just accept the qualifying offer and become an UFA next season.

I just sent emails for the Top Tier guys and the teams they agreed to sign with. I can nix that and give people more time to offer if that's what the majority wants.

With Tier 1 Done should I just go ahead and open up Tier 2 UFA?

Not many people are sending in RFA offers so I'm assuming it's some people in Tier 2 they're waiting for.

Personally, I am waiting on my RFA offer, which I would like dealt with before tier 2.

Also, I have never seen Derrick Rose so happy!

I have always had RFAs open during all tiers, when the player gets something he likes he can sign (or take the QO) ie wants to wait he waits.

as far as UFAs, yes, I would get tier 2 offers rolling!
