Post#1 » by diplan » Thu May 10, 2012 9:53 pm

Hey guys:

The Lakers have $$$ to sign free agents in the next season? 2013 season have alot of good players that can improve the team?

cp3 says that he opt in, but he dont sign any contract, he can sign up with L.A but the team have the money to sign him?? we need bench, but if cp3 joins l.a kobe gets at leat 7rings.

Besides the mini-mid level exception of $2.5 mil, the Lakers don't have any money to offer anyone until the 2014/15 season. Paul isn't coming.

the mini mid level was 3 mil, not 2.5. you're thinking on the "cap room exception". thats why josh mcroberts salary is 3 mil this yr. next yr the mini mid level will be 3.090 mil.

They can only look resign players they have bird rights to. The only way LA can make any serious changes is getting rid of Pau, which at this point im no longer opposed to.
