OT: Mariano Rivera lucky he blew out his knee?

Post#1 » by baulderdash77 » Thu May 10, 2012 3:01 am

They found a blood clot in his leg during the pre-surgery examination. So it turns out that he may be better off because he did blow out his knee because of this. Surprising twist to the story.

He most likely developed the blood clot secondary to the injury/trauma of the ACL tear
Toronto Raptors: Where winning culture is developed after finishing 23-43... So much better than 20-46 because THAT is a disappointing season.
