I don't like a few Hamels incidents, mainly his comment of 'not liking baseball' and last week when he hit Bryce Harper on purpose and admitted it to the media. You can bet the next time the Phillies play the Nationals someone is getting hit by a pitch, I don't think his teammates would like that very much.

There is no doubt hes a very good pitcher though.

They said Cliff Lee was a lock for the Yanks....

They said Carl Crawford was a lock for the Angels....

Even this year with Prince Fielder, every team that had money was after him.

At the end of the day, until the player signs those papers....he could end up anywhere.

* Blue Jays GM Alex Anthopoulos routinely inquires on star players, just as he did last offseason when he talked to the Seattle Mariners about right-handers Felix Hernandez and Michael Pineda.

But Amaro, while not specifically addressing the Blue Jays as a potential trade partner, told FOXSports.com on Thursday night that he is not ruling out any possibilities.
