tell her all the risks of being obese. she is in risk of having lifetime diabetes. my father had it and it sucks. it is a huge burden on everyone, not only the person. also there are serious risks with high blood pressure that comes with obesity. also talk about the risk of heart attack as well.

Now be honest- do you have options? Are you honest with her on how you feel or are you afraid of creating ill will or hurting her feelings.

If you have to pretend you're ****ing someone else you aren't only lying to yourself but to your girl as well. This type of thing brings along psychological baggage and it piles up as the weeks, days, months and years pass by.

Live the life that makes you happy and everything around you will start to radiate that same energy. Note that this does not mean disregard consequences. Still gotta deal with them but weigh your decisions, make your calls then don't look back and apologize to anyone.
It looks from your post you're just dying for someone to give you the okay to move on. Here you go. Follow your bliss, just be conscious it doesn't take you to a dead end.

This.

Buy her a dress that looks like a big candy wrapper and undress her when you get a sweet tooth.

Good point. Tell her to shape up or she is out of your league.

Shes Puerto Rican and put on 40 extra lbs at the age of 25. This is not me using hyperbole but there is less than a 1% chance that she will lose the weight and keep it off. As she gets older shes only gonna get bigger and you are gonna get more frustrated.

People end relationships all the time for a variety of reason so you dont have to apologize if you end this one and trust me, you should end it if there isnt any children involved. You will be much happier in the long run.

I dont date thick girls to begin with but im gonna assume that most of the time, as they get older they get fat.

Depends on how she gained the weight.

I have this problem in reverse lol I've been with my girl for about 3 years now. I didn't let myself go per se, I was overweight when we met, haven't gained more than 5-10 pounds but I can afford to lose more than a few pounds. My gf on the other hand, who's also half puerto rican, has a ridiculous body, model measurements and she's gorgeous.

She's like 5'5 120 and I'm 5'6 220. I'm also 22 and shes 4 years my senior. All my friends crack jokes about us as a couple because they say her being with me defies all logic between the age, the looks and the physical condition. I take it all in stride and it certainly doesn't hurt that the sex is just fantastic.

I'm still amazed when I look at her naked then myself. Bless her heart, she must really love me.

And on the topic of gym memberships I got her 1 for x-mas since she wanted to start going lol Realistically I should be the 1 with the membership.

Dont call her fat bro... Honestly bring it up to her as a health issue... When two people love eachother, and are in a relationship theres certain things they should be able to talk about without hurting feelings. Were human; we all have problems, and insecurities, but being in a relationship means sharing some of them.

Now I know this weight gain is affecting your physical relationship too, but dont bring that up now. Talk to her about how its unhealthy, and just dont bring up going to the gym, drag her there with you.

My girl is actually too thin, and ive been trying to get her to gain weight, but last week for the first time she went to the gym with me, and we honestly had a great time. It was like a date at the gym. You should do the same. Itll give you guys an activity and maybe bring you even closer.

All that being said, you probably should know that she'll always be a heavier girl. Your future with her is up to you, but you did say you love her, and if nothing more atleast you can get her back on track to being healthy.

Thick is the epilogue to just being straight up fat. Seriously, I don't know anyone who works out (No, going to the gym and stretching for an hour is not working out) that is thick and stays thick as they get older. If she's not into nutrition at all, you better be a chubby chaser.

Its not too late to change her habits, but you have to be careful how you do it. Act like you care about your health and how you were reading about how eating terribly and not excercising can shorten your life by 40 years and that you're worried because you don't want to lose her to health problems.

If a person is your girlfriend I would hope you would actually be concerned about her health. :o
I doubt he has to act like he cares lol. I get what you mean but poor phrasing. :P

You are obese. You need to lose more than a few pounds to remain healthy. Fortunately, you're only 22 so it won't be nearly as hard, but you need to start today. Not tomorrow. Not after the weekend. Today. No more soda. No more fried foods. Tonight you're going to have chicken breast baked with asparagus. Tomorrow morning you will wake up and go for a walk as early as possible, before breakfast. Tomorrow's dinner will comprise of Grilled Salmon, Almonds and steamed cabbage. Water, Propel, and nonfat milk is all you should be drinking.
