just the chances he logs off for a little while and the pick is made.

He usually checks it pretty consistently, and the fact he knew that if the pick wasn't made he would have to come on around 2:15 so i think he will be on in the next 10-15 minutes.

i think you can find a flaw with almost any playing in the NBA.

There are only a few "locks" but even some of hte guys picked in the top 10 have there flaws.

I would actually rather take a guy who i know goes out there and plays every night than someone who is a injury risk...but that just me. I guy can't help you if he's not on the court.

Thanks LOJ, mpharris and GrindItOut.

I agree big-time with mpharris' point here. Everyone has a knock on them outside of basically the top 2. Deron Williams, for instance, picked two slots ahead of Russell, averaged 4 TO's/game this season. I like Westbrook more than Rose, personally, both are outstanding players, but Rose is a china doll at this stage. I think Russell can be an excellent franchise cornerstone.

So far no one has really made a blatantly bad pick, imo.

Correct no one has made a bad pick yet ***brandon roy*** cough cough :-)

JK br7!

Personally i think Rondo was a tad bit of a reach at 7....great player sure. But I think you have questions about his abilty to carry a team without Pierce, Allen, and Garnett. I hate the celtics but do Pierce, Allen, or Garnett every miss a open shot? I mean they are automatic in there spots and Rondo finds them.

It will def be interesting to see if he can surround Rondo with those type of shooters. Rondo is a money passer and great defender so he's got the talent for sure...just wondering if a few of the options behind him might have been better but we shall wait and see!

You and I stay agreeing, man, ha. That's the only pick that has stuck out to me as a potential reach. It will depend on how that GM can build his team from this point on. Also, Rondo's lack of a legitimate shot is a substantial knock (though he has improved it in the playoffs this year).

He was on my list, but no way he would have fell to 16. Wanna do the deal? We'd have to make it now cause you can't trade while on the clock.

I'm going to leave in an hour. If it's not up to my pick again, who is cool with taking a list of like 3 or so players and will be around for the next 8 hours starting at 3:30
