How do you think Lebron finishes this season?

Post#1 » by cb1 » Tue May 15, 2012 7:06 pm

I keep getting the feeling that this season might not end well for Lebron personally and hopefully am wrong. This season could end two ways imo. 1.We either lose to Indiana or Boston and Lebron takes most of the heat for it even without Bosh. 2. Lebron and Wade go into beast mode and carry us to the finals but Lebron gets worn out and has a subpar series because he had to guard point guards and power forwards and play point guard and Spo rode him like a horse and as a result we lose to the better team in OKC/Spurs. In the second scenario people will say Lebron dissapeared in the finals again conveniently overlooking fatigue and a lack of Bosh. In an ideal scenario Lebron and Wade carry us all the way to the title and boost their legacies to new heights which is my hope.

Finals MVP.

KEEP THE FAITH!!

We're deep, we're just the most inconsistent bench of all time  maybe that's stretching it but if our team's roleplayers step up, we will be okay.

Yes LeBron and Wade have to go into god mode, but this is LeBron's time anyway.

We're missing a huge piece, but he is going to be back eventually. I think he can come for like Game 4 of the ECF or something if we get passed Indiana (which we better).

It's all going to come down to how Spo utilizes Lebron and the role players. If the role players don't step up then we will be asking Lebron to do even more than he already does. The dude guards 1-4 positions, plays point guard and guards the other team's best player for long stretches. How is he going to be able to handle an even bigger workload without wearing out at some point.

Dude i didn't say we couldn't win it all that's always a possibility and i will pull for this team all the way no doubt. Just look at the situation realistically and tell me how you see it playing out. We already know he's gunna catch the most heat if we don't win it all so tell me what you think happens. This isn't an obituary of the team.

Just go to the Thunder/Spurs forum and congratulate them on their championship already. Continue to be pessimistic and stop watching the games. Bosh is out for the series against the Pacers...and now it's come to this? smh

  where did i say we were going to lose to the pacers/celtics/spurs/thunder? In my opinion we beat the pacers and celtics with Lebron logging heavy minutes and how he plays in the finals is left to be seen. What part about us winning it all being a possibility didn't you **** understand?

I'm sick of seeing idiot posters and idiot analysts put everything on LeBron. If we win, everyone gets a share. If we lose, it's LeBron's fault. I'm tired of it

@arsenic.There is a difference between feeling and certainty. I didn't say i was certain we would lose to the spurs/thunder in the finals. In other words i would go as far as saying we would be underdogs against those two teams without Bosh and i wouldn't be surprised if we didn't win. That's the way i feel but am not fully convinced of that yet. If i was certain and told myself that we had no chance in the finals, i would ask myself why am i still watching this. This is also not the first time somebody on this forum "felt" that we didn't have a great chance of winning it all.

Well get prepared to hear that if one of my two scenarios play out. Not from me though ofc. Hopefully though we win it all.

Since when is Bosh not going to be in the Finals?
What is the point of this thread? For you to let us know your feelings, worries, and pessimtic views of The Heat's championship aspirations this year? OK...

You're worrying about something that hasn't happened and it's pointless. I'm not going to participate in filling up this garbage thread any more than I have, so peace brah.

Honestly I am kind of worried LeBron will get worn out.

The best player on the planet has the bit between his teeth and blinders that only allow him to see the championship at the end of the road. Whatever happens this postseason, I expect only the highest level of play from Lebron. It'll be up to everyone else to keep up with him. PEACE.

I expect him to play at the highest level as well but aren't you worried about him wearing out especially now that he has to increase his workload even more than what he usually does?
