What a weird comeback pharmcat. So, basically you're saying, yeah he's a loser in the basketball educational department, so what does it matter if he goes and learns something else? Oooookayyyyyy kimosave

No. $55,000 a day. That is what he is being paid. I'm being completely objective. He doesn't have the capacity to learn multiple things at once. I have no reason to have faith at this point he can do both. That is not a vendetta. It is as basic as knowing you should wait for the green light to drive. You can stop defending him or taking everything so personally as if we hate him. We do not. I still kind of like him. But I no longer really respect him.

And I have no basis to believe he is committed to re-tooling his game which is desperately needed. As a fan, you must want that too. Because if you don't, then I would be confused as to your rabid defense of him all season long. I would assume you believe he can come back stronger and perform at a high level again.
Your conviction this is possible is greater than mine, but nontheless if that is what you believe then you might have to be ice-cold too and face it that Amar'e has shown little inclination to re-tool his game.
So, at his price tag and because of what it means to this franchise, I'm going to be an ice-cold fan and bust his chops for anything that is a deviation from 100% focus on his craft. Yes, enrolling in Etruscan Pottery Analysis is just that. He is not focused. He has proven it. He has admitted he doesn't understand anything except Nash-fed PnR. So what is he going to do about it?
Anything less a totally obsessive effort on his part to re-educate his ballgame is unacceptable to me now. You may not agree, but that's my point of view.

That just seems personal to me.
I don't see how him being in class from 12-2 three days a week prevents him from working out, and hopefully learning a post game, but hey, like you said, we have different views on the guy

This is the latest example of you taking something that is your subjective opinion and presenting it as fact.
Going to school along with working out and working on his basketball game is a good way for him to become a more rounded person which only make him a better basketball player.
You are acting like he is out getting wasted and **** hookers.

He can't learn two things at once apparently. It's either a post game or an intro into sports journalism. Not both.

Going to class for 0 hours a day, 0 hours a week already prevents him from learning a post game, learning how to play defense, learning how to rebound. Maybe people are upset that he's spending time taking a basically meaningless course or two and not spending time working on things that he should be working on.
