I was worried about the Spurs 3 point shooting and it killed us last game. Seems like we only played well for the first quarter. We can't turn the ball over and we need to stay disciplined on defense. We can't keep leaving the Spurs 3 point shooters open. Lastly we need to win the rebound battle, I seriously can't remember the last time we out rebounded our opponent during the playoffs. I'm hoping that Game 2 goes better and we come out with the win. GO CLIPPERS!

The key is setting the pace if let this Spurs run they'll beat us 9 out of 10 times a slower pace will favor us.

Pace is definitely important, and continuing to be one of the league's best teams at not turning the ball over will be important in accomplishing that. CP can't have 5 turnovers in the game, and he's going to have to look for his shot and in addition, VDN is going to have to run sets for him to score if San Antonio plays defense the same way.

The other really important thing is for the bigs to be smart about when to go for offensive rebounds, and if there is no chance, not to linger (*cough* Blake *cough*) on the offensive end, but to hustle back on defense.

Of course rotating out on to shooters and running them off the line is important, but I can't say I expect too much success in that area especially since the defensive rotations aren't crisp enough to keep up with the Spurs ball movement.
