If we lose the series against the Pacers and he's still here next year, I'm not watching another season of this dumb coaching, I'll stick to mma...

It's the way the team was built. Chris Bosh's salary alone could get us a sixth man of the year and 2 capable centers who are decent shotblockers and rebounders and maybe even a back up pg for cheap whos a vet. I get a little bit surprised when people find it shocking that our role players don't produce. The team has most of the cap tied up to 3 top 15 players in their prime. This is a model that is rarely replicated and you take on the risk of one of them being out and your team suffering as a result. The coaching doesn't help as well. I agree with the person that said the way the big 3 played in the finals should have still been enough to win the championship if Spo hadn't coahed a terrible series. We can still get it done though but am not going to be delusional.

His salary isn't the problem...Spurs Big 3 also takes up most of their cap space, they just know how to draft and develop players and how much players are worth.

They don't trade away their draftpicks, they don't exchange old guys for young guys, they don't use a stupid "system".

The Heat traded away Beasley and Marcus Thronton.

The Heat could've kept both of them if they would never paid chalmers, miller, and joel the type of money they are getting.

Dejuan Blair who is better than Joel and Haslem gets paid 986,000 for 2 years.

Tiago Splitter, their big 6'11 center gets paid 3.6 million.

Matt Bonner, their deadeye 3point shooter big man...who actually shoots, gets 3.6 million.

Gary Neal...gets paid 760k for 2 years

Kawhi Leonard...is on the cheap starting out at 1.7 million for 4 years

Daniel Green 875k for 1 year

Diaw...245k for 1 year

Spurs didn't pay out the ass for their bench. They were savvy and realized there are plenty of basketball players in the world, not just in the US or in the NBA and they are dying to play in the NBA for cheap.

Tim Duncan, Manu and Parker together makes 46.5 million

Wade Bosh and Lebron together make 47.6 million

It's not about the cap room, it's about what you do with it.

The Heat organization was just stupid and tied their money up on long term deals with 5 million and 3 million a year multi year contracts on crappy players that are old and washed up.

Then they let go 2 year scoring studs that would do well off the bench. Beasley can play the 3/4 and Marcus could've played the 1/2 as a combo guard.

The Heat just don't have intelligent Basketball minds or even savvy enough to pull it off like the Spurs can or even OKC. Because trust that James Harden gonna see 12 million a year.

Yeah, I would just come here from time to time, just to have a good laugh at people losing their sanity over Spo's coaching failures, but it won't affect me anymore.

Don't worry guys. We have one of the best coaches in the league who is one of the few who brings out the full potential of their roster, so there is no need to panic. Just hold the rope and stay the course.

Haslem & Miller were the first two guys that were signed after the big 3.

With Bosh out, they HAVE to be in double figure scoring.

We definitely overpaid some of our roleplayers, especially Miller. Battier I think is okay, UD I thought we got for a bargain but if he keeps this up he better opt out and go for vet min LOL.

The Spurs are more smarter and more patient. I can't believe how stacked they are.

I understanding wanting to win now, but we need to cultivate some young blood too. I understand having vets, but it does hinder the pace Spo and Wade/LBJ want to play, which is fast.

Again, I hope to see Cole more. I think he has played well against the Pacers, and he does push the ball. When he's running he will have LBJ behind him so he can pass to him and not get blocked lol.

@cb1

Just glancing over it...Miami Heat have one of the most expensive crappy supporting casts in the league. The Heat are up there with Detroit and Charlotte.

I am worried for the future.

And about Doug Collins saying the C's smell blood against us.

In a way I think that's true, but remember Paul Pierce actually showed up in that game. Their Big 4 all contributed.

And Bosh I think will be back for the ECF. Maybe no the whole rounds, but he will be back.

Haslem wasn't a steal

Haslem got a retirement check basically, him and Miller...both getting paid until they are 35 :-?

Haslem could have wanted more money is what I'm saying, but he took a smaller salary... I'm grateful for that but you're right.

The fact that him and Miller are signed for awhile (Miller even longer I believe) and they are old and deteriorating, just a bad move by Riley.

Miller's contract is so bad... ugh. AMNESTY HIM EVEN IF WE NEXT YEAR MAN. We can do better for cheaper. Shoot, I'm sure some SG from the draft will be much better. A guy who is a scorer.

WE NEED A SPARK OFF THE BENCH.

I expect us to come out like Game 3 of the Finals...let's just hope we carry that intensity throughout the rest of the series.

I lay zero blame on game two's loss on LeBron, Wade, and Spoelstra. All of it belongs to Chalmers, Battier, Miller, and Haslem. We can not win if the role players don't play their roles correctly, by making wide open shots. I don't give a **** about calling plays for them, or whatever bull **** excuse people want to use to rationalize their pathetic performances. You're in the NBA, make the **** shot when you're open. Or burn in hell.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Amnesty Mike Miller and sign JET, he's already talked about playing in Miami next year.
