Wade has changed, man. I remember the young humble kid back in 2004 and 2005....married to his high school sweetheart, worked his butt off and always got back on defense.

Nowadays, he won't even challenge himself anymore... he cries about fouls, doesn't get back on D.... his game has become DEPENDENT on referee actions.... someone needs to remind Wade's diva butt that Michael Jordan didn't play to the refs. Michael Jordan had a target : the basket....and anything between him and the basket was just in his way, and he wasn't going to play dependent on the refs. He would play through and if the refs helped him, fine, if they didn't, that's fine too. He wasn't worried about it. Joey Crawford is on record saying Michael Jordan barely ever talked to the refs. Wade, has turned into a full blown bitch.


also, I'm gonna say Wade refusing to want to play for a disciplinarian like Riley says a lot. He wants to coast... he doesn't want to pay the price to be GREAT. He wants Spo to never challenge him and let him do whatever he wants.... so when SPO FINALLY CHECKS HIM, Wade throws a hissy fit.

That said, Wade ain't going anywhere. He will retire in a Heat jersey so shut the F up about moving him. I don't care how much you think he sucks.

To me the new attitude, annoying as it's been, is not the real issue with Wade. the real issue is his skiil-set.

In his best years he had a decent mid range jumper that really helped him get some easy buckets and vary his attack. one would think as a player get older his skillset will grow and improve, but for some reason the exact opposite happend with Wade.

SHOOTING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTE FOR A SG, and his jumper just died. it's very disapointing and hurts the team in huge ways. our offense could be in an all other level if Wade a good outside shot.

Wade's shooting is the biggest elephant in the room nobody is talking about.

When u look at all time greats, (MJ being the prime example) u see them devolping their game over the years, turning weaknesses into strengths. MJ had a worst jumper than Wade in his early years, but he kept working on it and it paid off in huge ways and made him the legand he became. Wade went the other direction, his shot somehow GOT WORSE, and as he's geting older this fact will despertly hurt his overall game. defenders can just lay off him and pack the paint and his moves are too predictable (get to the rim EVERY TIME). it makes life so much harder for him and for the team build around him.

I dont think it's too late. actually i expected him to come back this year with his good mid-range shot, but sadly that didnt happen at all. i still cant understand how is that possible. HE"S GOT TO WORK ON SHHOTING IN THE MOST DEVOTED AND SERIOUS WAY POSSIBLE, it's that important for him and for the Heat going forward.

This is so true it hurts. I really thought he'd come back with an improved 3 point shot or something, instead his jumper has somehow gotten worse. Regardless of how our season ends up, Wade needs to come back with a much improved jumpshot.

I think the problem with this team right now, is that Coach Spo, is not a great X's and O's type coach.
So while Indiana has made some nice adjustments, Miami has been unable to counter those adjustments.
Kinda reminds me of what happened in last year's finals vs Dallas.

However, I think the Wade is a big problem with this team.
His negative attitude towards Coach Spo and big ego stops him from being coached and improving.

Can you imagine a great X's and O's coach like Thibs or SVG coaching this team.
I think that would even be worse for Miami, because Wade would tune them out.
At least Coach Spo has the patience to deal with Wade's attitude, even if he isn't the best strategist.

Wade's having a bad series. He did against the Bulls last year too, but it didn't matter because Bosh stepped-up. Tonight, he was terrible.

I watched the whole game. We got beat in every facet of the game. Indy didn't miss their shots at one point, and we had no answer. Bron getting outscored by Rio is fine. He was due for a clunker, and it wasn't even that much of clunker. Wade, OTOH, stunk up the show. His 3rd game shooting like ****. It's hard to explain, but it is what it is.

I'm Mr. Heat, and Mr. Positivity, but the reality is setting in that this might end up in heartbreak. I'm bracing myself, but it's on the horizon. I always said Bosh was most-important. I always bitched people out who scremed "trade Bosh" because I knew we would be unable to replace him. This is the result. Dwight Howard wouldn't help our cause. We need a stretch 4.

I'm worried, guys. I'm seriously worried. Wade isn't there for us. This is probably the first time in his career that he hasn't been able to step-up and carry the franchise. I'm really worried. PEACE.
