Gerald Green wasn't even in my backup list. That was a crazy ass pick. Hope it works out.

Right, so bringing up passing or even rebounding for that matter with Gerald Green against Wes Matthews is moot.

You admit Green is a better shooter? Good, we're making some progress.

Why bring up the past and not acknowledge what he's doing now? Just because he did it on the Nets it doesn't mean he did it against bad teams, they were playing other NBA teams, and even in losses the guy was lighting it up. Green was a knuckle-head and admits at throwing away his opportunities and not taking them seriously.

He's had a turning point in his life, he feels blessed now and is taking full advantage and learning every day.

Wasn't he like the MVP of the D-league or something like that?

So I'm guessing Kevin Love posts empty stats too? It's an argument with no facts, they should do an internet meme on that argument, it's kinda ridiculous.

The only question mark might be his defense, but the guy posted:

12.9 points on .574 TS%

And was just stroking it from 3

For the 22-44 New Jersey Nets.

You should consider a name-change to "LOL J".

Again the argument of because you post numbers on a bad team they mean nothing. And c'mon dude we're just having a nice discussion no need to take it to a personal level. You have provided nothing but name calling to the whole thing.

That's just not true. I've enjoyed reading his comments up to this point; he gave me excellent feedback. I won't say that name calling is appropriate or should be allowed, but I think he just doesn't respect your acumen as a GM. Name calling is wrong in every instance, but it's clear he just thinks you don't know what you're doing. So that's probably where it's coming from, in any case.

hey at least warm-ups will be exciting. Think of all the crazy dunks ally up dunks green and jordan will catch from rondo!

Answer this honestly. How many FULL Net games have you watched this season with Green playing? Did you see the Net vs Cavs OT game?

And I'm assuming when you mention "no brains" you're referring to Green and Jordan right?

I live in tri-state area. I love watching bball so when the knicks weren't on I would turn on a Nets game from now and then.

Nets vs Cavs OT game (right there...meaningless game where probably minimal defense was put in and Green got hot). No one is saying the kid doesn't have talent but he was a 6-8 round pick not a 3rd.

TBH the "name drop" player you deleted is 10 times better than Green.

Coolkids, seriously

How could you draft a guy who had:

The Blazers will be losing All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge for the remainder of the season. Aldridge will be undergoing surgery to repair a right hip injury and will not be on the court for Portland again until next season.

?

Some of guys crack me up. Going back and forth talk about other teams. When you don't even know if your key starters will be able to play :noway:

Lol how exactly will we see if it works out? Imagine if these guys just disbanded from the NBA to form a league based on our BAT picks. :D

YOU DRAFTED GERALD GREEN! How is that comparable to LaMarcus Aldridge; he'll be fine.

I'm speaking solely on what he has been saying about my pick and Gerald Green. Just make sure you make your picks on time and not complain when others don't make theirs.

What is wrong with you man? You have some weird obsession with the injuries.

The arthroscopic procedure repaired a slight labral tear. Aldridge was bothered by the injury late in the season and missed the Blazers' final eight games.

The 6-foot-11 power forward announced earlier he would have the proactive procedure for the tear, which he described as minor. Aldridge had surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left hip when he was at Texas in 2005, but that injury was more severe.

Spin: Aldridge underwent successful hip surgery last week. He's expected to make a full recovery in two to four months, which will give him time to be ready for training camp in the fall. Continue to monitor his rehab this offseason.

The season doesnt start tomorrow. Aldridge will be 100% by the start of the season.

In Fury's defense, LMA's injury wasn't close to a Rose or Howard injury. He should be fine next season.

Yeah, and I'm saying I think he just doesn't respect you as a GM and that's what probably compelled him to say what he said, but that doesn't mean that all he has brought to the table is name-calling because that's flat-out false. No hard feelings, dude, I'm just bringing attention to the truth.

He isnt a better shooter for one thing. I place more value in 38% from 3 in 3 years then in 33 games in a lockout season playing against more gassed competiton. A larger sample size means a much more reliable conclusion. Green was good forr 33 games. Wes has been good for 3 seasons.

You have got to be kidding me

This is fantasy! So stop it already. To truly simulate BAT you need a ton more to work with. Some of you need to relax... I'm building my FANTASY team the way I want to build it.

Its fantasy coupled with fact and logic. Your team really only works with one of those components. The rondo and Jordan picks were both fine although its questionable how they fit but the Green pick is just terrible from any possible angle.
