or because you know doctors and professionals say so based on previous patients who had the same surgery.Thats not to mention that Aldridge has already had this procedure before and recovered perfectly fine. Do you not see how there is a difference between recovering from an injury and completely changing your entire personality and style of play?

The arthroscopic procedure repaired a slight labral tear. Aldridge was bothered by the injury late in the season and missed the Blazers' final eight games.

The 6-foot-11 power forward announced earlier he would have the proactive procedure for the tear, which he described as minor. Aldridge had surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left hip when he was at Texas in 2005, but that injury was more severe.

Spin: Aldridge underwent successful hip surgery last week. He's expected to make a full recovery in two to four months, which will give him time to be ready for training camp in the fall. Continue to monitor his rehab this offseason.

That's just not true. I've enjoyed reading his comments up to this point; he gave me excellent feedback. I won't say that name calling is appropriate or should be allowed, but I think he just doesn't respect your acumen as a GM. Name calling is wrong in every instance, but it's clear he just thinks you don't know what you're doing. So that's probably where it's coming from, in any case.

This is fantasy! So stop it already. To truly simulate BAT you need a ton more to work with. Some of you need to relax... I'm building my FANTASY team the way I want to build it.

Its fantasy coupled with fact and logic. Your team really only works with one of those components. The rondo and Jordan picks were both fine although its questionable how they fit but the Green pick is just terrible from any possible angle.

no it isnt. The facts are what we know about a player and their game. The logic is using previous experiences and players as a baseline too how players would mesh or work in a particular system. fantasy is certainly a part of it as there is no 100% guarantee that things would go a certain way. But we can safely assume for the most part whether or not a team would actually work well together

I was 50/50 on what the "perception" would be and I figured that someone on this board could look at him as a steal and take him before my 145th pick. I just felt when you put my situation into context- based on his Net season. I believed, he was worth the risk.
