i wouldnt mind ray allen to play 15-20 mpg off the bench. he already has chemistry of coming of glen baby's screen and he can be even MORE wide open playing along with dwight. he wont be a difference maker but he'd help dwight when he gets doubled, has great bbiq and can make layups unlike jrich LOL

Let's get half of the celtics if possible. I'll take Garnett, Ray, and peaches. Let Ryan walk and sign those guys to one year deals to not mess up our 2013 cap room (although Pietrus probably will be looking for a longer deal) and go with:

Dwight/Garnett

Pietrus/Hedo
Ray/JJ
Nelson/Ish

We would also have to hope that Jameer stays for one more year but I like that roster for next year. If Stan needs to be fired, hell, figure out a way to get Doc back too.

That's it. I'm sold on this. Otis Smith literally negotiates and targets his desired free agents' moms to acquire them. Did it with Dwight, doing it with Ryan, and now Ray Allen's mom. It all makes too much sense.

But in seriousness, every championship team needs a locker room leader, a professional veteran who can instill a sense of urgency and hard work in the rest of the team, and a calm and collected guy who isn't rattled by the big stage. I'd welcome him with open arms. May not put up huge numbers but he'd keep the team together and working hard every day.

The big question is, how was he doing it? PMILFTSHS? Players Mom I'd Like To [BLEEP] To Sign Her Son? Some moms must have not enjoyed his "extension talks"...
