I'd have certainly been ok even if they had suspended Wade for 1 REGULAR SEASON game next year, and let him play the postseason now. I just think it was a dirty play and should have been called what it was. An attack on a player out of frustration.

It all starts off as a talented amateur basketball player getting hawked by those looking to make a machine, a dividend producing machine. Did we not all know that LeBron was going to take the NBA by storm during his senior year of high school? This guy was set up as the next MJ before he played a professional game. That's how we end up in this position where the Miami Heat and their stars are marketed as the cream of crop. Of course a lot more is involved but the way I see it, marketing had made LeBron a star before he ever entered the league and once he did enter, he was coddled from day 1. I mean, I remember my high school health teacher coaching LeBron in the McDonald's All-American game. The guy was recognized for his talent and by the time he was mid to most of the way through High school, he was a star that was waiting to star at the next level.

Hey Guys... Celtic fan here, Anyone other than James or Wade would have been whistled for a flagrant 2. It is hard playing the Heat. They never get offensive fouls and when they drive they always get fouled. STDWade almost broke Rondo's arm last year. That play where he walked up on Granger and Granger got the T was a classic example of a double standard. Good luck... maybe we will meet in the ECF.

I'm not worried about the foul, honestly. It has actually benefited us more because it opened the door for us to retaliate with force, which we have.

A physical series favors us, the Heat found that out quickly and that is why they changed their tactics to appear more passive. Like victims on the receiving end of unfair physical play. Please.

Regardless, we need an assload of increased movement in our halfcourt sets, especially from whomever Wade is guarding. Apparantly he had his knee drained before PG made his booty hurt. I hate excuses.

If the Pacers are smart they will make James and Wade exert themselves for 20 seconds on every shot-clock, mixed in with the occasional fastbreak. The Heat don't have the benefit of an extra day off, so our depth should really be evident in game 5.

^^ True. And we won't be getting enough rest for game 6 too, which is on thursday. Depth would work for us, i don't see Lebron scoring another 40 in both games.
