I would definitely hire Sloan. All we need to do is draft or trade for a PG that can run the PnR with Dwight.

Get the good young players some burn (liggins, ish, maybe harper) call it a day. He doesn't want to be here imo and honestly if thats the case it'd be fun to start going in another direction and develop new players.

F that, Dwight is not going anywhere. I'd like to see what Sloan and Dwight can do, especially if we can find a PG to run the PnR with D12.

Time is ticking. 5 years left until Dwight's contract cripples the organization's ability to field a competitive team. We likely have two rounds of FA signings, 3 MLEs, and 3 drafts left in this Dwight Howard era.

+1, he basically said he's interested. My issue with that is would Dwight another tough coach. We know how mentally weak he is and how he wants an older brother on the sidelines rather than an actual coach

Age is a concern for me though. At age 70, how many more coaching years do you think Sloan has?
