bicycle kicks
left plank
reverse crunches

IIRC he did 2 min per plank and 20 or 30 of the crunches/kicks for 3 sets total.

2 minutes per plank?? yeesh

I can do a normal plank for 2 minutes I think... I do that with 30 second planks and 10 per the others.
