The fact that Wes Johnson didn't get cut right after Darko Milicic shows that our fans have no idea about winning basketball.

Keep Him: Lee (1) Barea (1) Wes (1), Tolliver (1)
Cut Him: Wes (3) Barea (2) Ellington (1)

Or maybe they just aren't blinded by hatred for a player who has been used out of position his whole time in Minnesota.

Anyway...

Keep Him: Lee (2) Barea (1) Wes (1), Tolliver (1)
Cut Him: Wes (4) Barea (2) Ellington (1)

Out of position???

He has been the starting point guard since day one of his time here.

He looked ok this season next to Rubio (because Rubio took the ball out of his hands) but no one expects him to be our future two guard.

His point guard play is this.

Option 1). Dribble the ball down and shoot a quick three.

Option 2). Dribble the ball down the court. Keep dribbling the ball untill there is only ten seconds left on the shot clock. Pass the ball to someone horribly out of position and hope they make a miracle shot with the clock winding down.

That is Luke Ridnour basketball right there.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

He was starting PG the first season and starting SG this season. His proper position is backup PG.

Really, everyone I'd want to keep are already kept. I guess I wouldn't mind keeping Ellington as a deep bench player.

Basically, these last few guys just determine the final pecking order.
