A main event/co-main event spot against the biggest draw in the sport? No, he's not there yet.

Brock Lesnar isn't coming back to the UFC to fight Stefan Struve. Come on.

Well there are many reasons why Struve probably wouldn't be the choice but the most obvious one is that if Lesnar's going to be in the UFC he's going to be earning so much money that he has to be in the main event of a ppv. And Struve is not a pay per view headliner. But Struve is a quality opponent who has the potential to make Lesnar look like a destroyer again.

I think the only issue I have with Struve (if this isn't all just promotion for the WWE) is that chances are Brock would probably destroy him and really the UFC should be building him slowly and getting his profile up. He could be a huge draw card for them, you don't get many 24 year old 7 foot tall guys who aren't lumbering plodders in MMA but if he gets the **** beaten out of him any time soon it'll do more harm than good.

Well it all depends. If they view Struve as a potential huge drawing card then yes I agree. If they view him as a Cheick Kongo level guy then no.

I would love someone to flash KO Brock if he did come back.

I was one of the dummies who though he'd give AO some trouble, boy was I wrong.
Then he gave up and went to pro wrestling.

If he came back, he could only main event, (PPV), and there's no way he beats anyone in the Top 5 now.

What about Werdum/Brock. Never heard anyone mention that one.

Although Werdum may be in like for a shot (if he beats Russow, and if Testostereem isn't fasttracked back to a shot).

I'm fairly confident that Werdum would sub Brock. I don't think they should throw Brock in there with the best submission artist in the division. It'll be Lesnar/Mir 1 all over again.

One thing they have never done is protect Brock. Mir/Carwin/Overeem/Cain/Couture have been fights he has had and the guy has like 6 fights lol.

That's true, but I think they'll play it safe this time, knowing that he could leave for good if he loses his comeback fight. I'm sure they're hoping for one more title run, as opposed to one more fight.

I think Werdum would be his best bet in the top 10.

I'd say Nog, personally.

I've wanted Nog vs Brock for awhile.
I thought it would give him a chance to work his stand up some since Nog isn't as a K.O king like the others he's fought.

Perfect, yeah. Both are about equal standing - each has put in a lot of work there. While Werdum might have the best HW guard and Brock the best HW top game. It's pretty awesome.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

I know that this is a pipedream, but if the UFC could somehow get Fedor, I would love to see Brock vs. Fedor finally happen. At one point they both looked unbeatable, and people argued who was #1. Now they've both fallen from grace, looked vulnerable and are past their primes, but it would be one hell of a fight. Would Fedor embarrass Brock on the feet like Cain and Overeem did, or would Brock GnP Fedor like Bigfoot and Hendo did?

But in the UFC I'd like to see Brock vs. Nelson as a tune-up fight. Dana would like a fight where Brock wins and Roy loses. Hype up Brock, and Nelson still draws after losses.

Yeah, but Dana holds grudges, he's a beast and hates when his ego is put in range.

I can't see it happening, especially with M-1's latest farce...I mean fight, with the mighty and uber-relevant heavyweight threat that is Pedro Rizzo, 2012.

I still think one Vince McMahon is behind all of this.
He is an absolute genuis, always has been, at getting his product in the public eye.
IE. Having Undertaker sit front row at the Cain fight. That was 100% on purp.

I'm sorry, I had to. 8-)

Meh, if Fedor could survive BigFoot's MOUNTED gnp, he could probably survive Lesnar's gnp from guard or halfguard.

But however you feel about the fight, I'd much rather see this than Rizzo/Fedor and Brock/Undertaker. lol

Dana told Ariel that the meeting with Brock went horribly, and he hasn't heard from him since. Said the meeting could not have gone worse. In the meantime,my buddy who watches wrestling told me Brock is "fighting" HHH this summer.

FWIW Brock is under contract with WWE until next years Wrestlemania (April 2013).

He did "walk out" but that was in kayfabe (storyline) and he is not going to be performing in any other companies until after that date.
