Kid's a baller, plain and simple. You cannot go wrong with him. I'd still prefer Lamb, but if he's available because Lamb goes higher then expected we should be thanking our lucky stars.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

I hear there's a big demand right now for Hidden Tiger Crouching Dragon wire-fu fight choreographers to shoot pre-draft workout videos.

Unfortunately, I think the odds of the Raptors getting him are really poor. I don't think he'll got top three, so if we move up we probably won't take him. And if we drop or stay where we are he will already be gone.

The Raptors would be nuts not to consider him for the pick if they get #2 or #3.
Toronto Raptors: Where winning culture is developed after finishing 23-43... So much better than 20-46 because THAT is a disappointing season.

Of course they'll at least consider him. But a 6-3 pure SG is not going top three in this draft. No way. If he measures out longer, that's different.

I would be surprised if he's less then 6-4 without shoes.

If scouts did their homework, they would know Beal plays much bigger than his size often guarding players much taller than him in the block, and that his size isn't an issue. Talent wise, he's a top 3 in my books.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

Better at dribbling or shooting or passing. Which one of these three?

I am surprised you haven't updated his height for more than a year, and using strong words like "No way". It has been discussed that he is closer to 6-4/6-5 and can guard bigger player than his size.

I should stick to my usual habit around this time and resolve not talk about players until the combine measurements (although it looks like we now have accurate info on Lamb). It's a waste of time. But if Beal is 6' 3" without shoes, and D-Rob is 6' 9" without shoes, then I know who I'd expect to go top 3. Of course, trading down a place or two in exchange for a real asset (NOT a Khrypa) would be an option.

Knowing Raptors fans, it'll be 3 years after Beal/Lamb taking the starting spot before those comments stop

all you need to see in this video is how smooth that jump shot looks. Purest form you ever seen, seriously Ray allen like.

That alone is why he'll be in the league a long time.

This reminds me of James Harden moving up in the draft. Lets hope luck is with us this time.
