Then Garnett gets into Ray's space on their last possession when Allen would have been wide open for a 3 if he wasn't there. Just the worst possible last minute and a half for KG, I love it.

Why doesn't Miami run that PnR with Wade handling more often? The worst thing that can possibly happen is you get an undersized guy to switch onto LeBron.

Good effort by Boston. No Pierce down the stretch and KG not stepping up killed it for them. Rondo sensational and good to see James pick it up in the clutch.

Rondo played the best game of his career and also played all minutes in regulation and overtime. If any of the other "Big 4" members just had an above-average game, they'd have won this game.

Wade came as close to choking that last FT as you can ever get without actually missing. Thing hit the rim about 4 times before going down.

I hate to be the guy to say it, but the non-call on Wade's slap of Rondo's face on the layup changed this game completely. Who knows what could (would) have been.

That performance by Rondo is one of the better PG games I've ever seen. Hell of a game.

Props to Chalmers this game too. He played very well and was probably the difference maker.

+18 free throw count sure helps.

Mind you though, if there weren't 76 free throws attempted I doubt Rondo could have played all 53 minutes.
