He's swinging the bat well since coming back. Sox have a dilemma when Crawford, Ellsbury, Ross come back to play the OF. With Gonzo moving back to 1B and Middlebrooks making it impossible to move him from 3B, there is no room for him with the Red Sox.
Sox have a 13 mill option to retain him next year but no way they do that so it's a one year rental. Would your team be interested? How much would you think they'd give up?

As an A's fan Id love to have Youk at 1st base,but I wouldnt trade for him
