He is so good.

He was also fouled a lot. Did you watch the game?

Man, the refs are really scoring all over Boston right now.

Lebron is good. He is the best player in the world. But he should not have nearly as many FTAs as an entire team in the conference finals. That is absurd. That game was not fairly officiated. That has nothing to do with how good Lebron is.

It was. He was getting to the rim a lot and instead of letting him get layups, they were fouling him. I didn't see any 'star calls' for LeBron during that game at all. This coming from someone who thinks NBA officiating is awful.

Also, are the officials putting in all these shots right now? Or is that LeBron?

But you're right. LeBron isn't any good... that's logical.

LOL its 28-25, relax. Wait till Rondo gets swiped in the head and they don't call it. You do remember the first round against NYC, right? Should I post the Lebron flops montage from YouTube? Think Tyson Chandler Flagrant Foul....hmm....

Would it be fair to say Miami has had the easiest road to the Finals of any team in NBA history?

I'm not sure what you are saying.

LeBron gets star calls sometimes? Yeah... welcome to the NBA where that happens with every star player ever. I didn't see it on display last game, even though I've seen it in the past with LeBron.

I watched every minute of the game, he got fouled a lot while attacking the rim.

Definitely. And I'd say that if the Thunder make it, it'd be one of the toughest (on paper).

I agree. It's not so much Lebron as it is the Heat in general. And it's not so much what the Heat get vs. what the other team doesn't get.

They don't win because they get calls, but it certainly doesn't give the other team a fair chance. I'm not saying Boston would have won game 2 if the game was called more evenly, but they'd have a better chance. Now it's too late. If the C's win tonight or not, this series is over.

I'm sorry, I don't think I'll ever buy that the league is conspiring against the Boston Celtics. They have what... the most? Second most championships ever?

LeBron got fouled a ton. If that happened to Kevin Durant, you'd just been praising how great he is.

This has nothing to do with the Boston Celtics. Listen to what I'm saying. It's about who the Miami Heat is playing. They haven't been getting fair calls all playoffs! You say you've seen every minute of every game...c'mon man. You think the Rondo non-call getting slapped in the face was a fair call?

And you're absolutely wrong about Durant. I thought the Spurs got robbed last night, go back in this thread and look. The Thunder are a great team, but last night's game was horribly officiated. It was not officiated in the Thunder favor, but it was badly officiated.

No, the missed call on Rondo was bad. What does that have to do with LeBron shooting FTs?

I am listening to what you are saying... more and more it isn't making any sense.

It's not making sense because you don't agree with it. The officiating for this playoffs in general has been widely inaccurate and inconsistent. I don't know how you could possibly think the officiating has been good. The non-call on Rondo has been symbolic for the playoffs as a whole.

I don't think they're "against" any team. But they certainly want the Heat in the Finals, that much has been clear to me.

What really bothers me is that the Heat don't need it. Lebron doesn't need to shoot as many FTs as the entire Boston team. The Heat can beat them without that. It just takes away from the game and makes me sick from a fans perspective.

NBA officiating is awful. I've already said that I agree with that. I'm not sure where you are getting me saying:

LeBron got fouled a lot last game... because he did. I watched the game and he got fouled a lot, I didn't really see any star calls that sent him to the line.

And then thinking I'm excusing all officiating in the NBA. It's bias, stars get unfair calls, small markets get penalized fairly often. I'm aware of this... so what's your point? Mine was LeBron got fouled a lot last game and it was legitimate.

NBA officiating IS awful, but the playoffs have been even worse. The "letting them play" mentality of NBA playoffs does NOT mix well with "star calls". A player gets murdered on some plays, only to see a superstar get the call for less contact on the other end. It is not right, and this problem has been magnified in the playoffs, where they've let more contact go but also maintained the mentality of giving stars the calls. It doesn't mix.
