He's old, he couldn't beat out the Morris twins who are fringe players right now, he can't shoot but he loves shooting and he'll be 6'6 and 3/4" at the most, in shoes on a blue moon. :trollfacesmiley:

to be fair, he is pretty old. Had the same worry with Kemba. If he was 18 and doing this he'd be much higher on my list, but he isn't.

Watching the video ... he reminds me a tiny bit of LJ. Some of the body movement and shooting looks similar. Not opposed to drafting him at all.

It didn't become old; but when you look at this guy just now becoming relevant at 21 vs these other guys at 17 and 18 it's a big difference. Not saying it means much of anything but it's certainly a small red flag.

Wow. first of all anyone with an eye for basketball can see that T-Rob is more talented then the Twins comebined, as showing when he became the leader of the team after they left, he led them further then the Twins ever did.

2nd of all he can shoot better then drummond, and hes already measured out in 6'10 with shoes on

Him being 21 would only be a problem if he was RAW, hes not as raw as the soon to be bust named Drummond, you guys are backwards, its good that he has low bust potential. theres no way you could say T-Rob has a low ceiling, when he plays like a young Karl Malone. Malone came in the league at 21 as well.. but he won MVP in his mid 30's meaning he T-ROB baring Injury will have a LONG LONG LONG Long..... shelf life. THIS IS OUR CONSOLATION PRIZE. THOMAS ROBINSON!

Right now, as long as he measures out well, Robinson is my pick. If he measures 6-7 or below then we should look elsewhere.

Just wait till you see Robinson's output in the workouts. He is going to shake the trees relative to his improved shooting skills, his hustle and physical strength. I agree, if his measurables come in really short, that will be trouble. But nobody is touching T-Rob relative to his total package. Some will question his top-end potential, but I do not. Superstar? Likely not. All-star? Very possible.

The key to the value of Robinson is his existing foundation. Check out his footwork, shooting motion, strength, BBIQ, conditioning, intensity, defense, etc. Robinson will get better with his full-time work. He may struggle against long 4's like Davis at times, but I think he'll eventually be a force on this team.

Where does he fit though? I think Biyombo needs to be our PF of the future. He isn't a C. I know some think he would be an excellent third big, but I think he has the potential to be an anchor for an elite defense. He has the quickness, drive, and awareness to be a defensive force. I don't think Robinson has the potential to make him worth more then Biyombo.

I question if he has enough potential, size, and youth to give up a possible DPOY candidate who is younger then him.

Makes no sense at all to me.
