Yeah, just stick Turiaf or Joel on KG and make them play regular D. The fronting has been exposed, it doesn't work against a good passing PG.

Talk about hyping a rookie up... they're talking about Bradley like he was the next coming of Michael Jordan of defensive guards.

I don't really buy into hype but Bradley's defense is for real. For me it passes the eye test and his +/- numbers come out great too.

Very few defensive guards in the league that are better than him.

Rondo drives and the lane opens like the red sea. but i agree with Spo there was no urgency at all on defence in g3. we just needed more effort not really better execution. we almost stole it and i dont think we played well at all.

I agree they were getting the ball into KG so easily and then he was finishing on our smaller defenders.

You don't have to stop fronting but you can't front that high up the court. You also need to pressure the ball handler so he doesn't have that easy pass. If you notice the Celtics have made it even easier for themselves sometimes by making a quick pass to a player and then having that guy lob it in to KG. This gives a better angle for the entry pass, allows KG to seal off even easier and reduces the ball pressure on the entry passer. They clearly made that adjustment for us (we front and pressure tha ball handler) as well as adjusting to our pnr switching. Time to mix up the defenses since they have gotten more used to ours.

On my nerves, unlike friday game.please wade show up. I want our defence to show up.
I want lbj-wade to score 50 together, and that be enough for us to win.as we need stops.
i dont want lbj-wade to be asked to score 75 together for us to win!

last game, all LBJ points in quarter 1 were useless as we gave up all of them on defensive end!

have a good feeling we win this and win out. I believe we take this in 5. We have to control the pace and stay aggressive. Wade has to show up all game and battier, miller and chalmers have to step up.

I wish lebron was a little more "harsh" with everyone, or at least wade was, sort of like MJ and kobe is in demanding energy and focus. Lebron is like that with chalmers but at times it doesn't feel like everyone want it as much as he does. Even with the vets I dont see it.

we better **** win this one, no way I want this series tied.

Spurs- OKC go to 7 while we get rest would be so ideal, especially for LeBron...

Doc was on the Radio last week in ATL and mentioned that "we know what they are doing on defense with KG" - so if for nothing else, stop fronting so much against BOSTON..Playing regular basic defense on KG could be an option they are not prepared for.

It seams that our adjustments comes in the form of different players being asked to do the same thing, versus the same players asked to do different things.

ie: We change the lineup with Ronny at Center, but require him to do exactly the same as Joel - it's appears basically the same for other positions. Instead of taking advantage of a players strengths, we grade them based on their adaptability of our existing system.

IMO

Feeling good about today. Come out with the right frame of mind and seize the opportunity to come home, up 3-1.

Yeah and he also stated before the post season that he knows all our plays. AND THEN BOSTON LOST G1 and G2.

Just because a coach says something to the media it doesn't make it true. Doc likes to play mind games, like all good coaches.
