GS board seems VERY interested. That scares me.

If we ended up with a back court of Rubio/Holiday or a front court of Love/Bargnani I would be ecstatic.
Other than Miami and NY, how many teams could offer him a starting spot on a playoff calibur team. We are kind of a boom or bust team, but the pieces are there and he's already got his ring. I think we could be surprisingly attractive to players not currently chasing a ring.

Indeed. Wright had a down year. You could have him for Ridnour and keep the 18 pick if you liked.

I would want these players:
1. Beaubois, Iggy and Asik. (All 3)
2. E. Gordon and Asik

Jesus Shuttlesworth should probably be added to the unlikely FA ideas too.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Lots of Iggys out there (2 years, $31 mil)
Not so much Crash ($10 mil a year maybe?)
I get that I'm the only one with an AK47 mancrush, but I figured someone would want Crash at least.

You are not alone.

Crash used to be a big name on this board. I lost interest because of all the concussions. That combined with the way be plays and his age would make him a risky signing. Not to mention the Nets will probably overpay to make sure he stays after they traded their pick for him,

Re: Who Do You Want This Off-season?
I could get on board w/ a big move like trading williams for Gay or Iggy, or making a big offer to Gordon or Batum. I could also get on board w/ paying reasonable salaries for guys like Shved and Bjelica b/c I like the team oriented play you can usually count on with the European imports. I just don't want them to spend all their best trade assets on Adelman's boys like Kevin Martin or spending all their money on young players with unlikely potential like Mayo or Nick Young or guys like that.
If worse comes to worse, I wouldn't mind short, but financially compensating contracts to bring in some older smart veterans on their career downslide like Ray Allen if possible, just no long contracts.
