I knew Ibaka's set midrange game was good, but I had no idea he could knock em down like that. He looked like Lamarcus Aldridge in game 4 with those smooth, high release, set shots.

Speaking of smooth, Durant's 14 point run -- in 4 minutes --down the stretch--in the 4th-- was impressive. He's grown a lot since 2009-2010 season when Artest bullied him in the playoffs. The Spurs, particularly Jackson and Manu, were playing very physically with KD off the ball on screens, and he still lit them up.

The ran the same down screen play about 8 times in a row and scored on it 7 of those times.

ya i think that was a case example for the "Durant is better than Lebron" talk. He just took over the game like he was playing at Barry Farms or Rucker Park. He made his move from the same spot every time and they still couldnt stop him.

Durant really showed everyone who was the star last night. Ibaka was awesome all night, but when San Antonio made it clear they were going to get back in this game, Durant literally stopped worrying about teammates and took every shot, many of them hard, and flat out buried the Spurs. After a few shots it was clear Durant wasn't interested in anyone else taking any, but the Spurs just couldn't do anything about it. That is the mark of a true star.

You gotta wonder what would happen if Durant did that against LeBron and Wade.

I think we will get to see that, sfam. It seems to me OKC can win this series now.

A Miami/OKC finals would be something else.

I honestly didn't see OKC having a chance in this series after the first two games. They've really turned it around. And yeah, this series shows you the value of having an absolute superstar. Duncan, Parker and Ginobli are all stars, but they aren't close to Durant.

Still, I think OKC has a hard time taking a game in San Antonio. My money's still on SA to win this.

It looks like 2 good series in the Conference finals. OKC and the Spurs are my 2 favorite non-Wizards teams. I kind of hope the series ends in 6, so the winner has a little rest before the NBA finals. I can't see the Miami/Boston Series being anything other than a 7 game series at this point.

In any of the finals match-ups I think the Western Conference team has to be the favorite. The starting line-ups are pretty close to even, but the benches of OKC and the Spurs are far better.

The bounce pass Rondo made to Pierce for a layup towards the end of the 2nd quarter... just amazing. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 20/20/20 game from him.

Glad Boston won but I don't think they'll take two out of the next three. With Bosh returning I think Miami wins the next two.

Spurs-OKC could go either way though now, but I think it'll be the home team winning every game.

Yeah... I think the Celtics can push it to 7 though and hopefully MIA is drained from it all.

I think OKC will be in great shape if they can close out the Spurs in game 6, and the Heat need 7 games. OKC is the only team in the NBA that can match Heat in terms of the starting line-up. However I think the bench is what will put them over the top.

I found myself rooting for San Antonio because I'd love to see the "good guy dynasty" continue, but I like OKC a lot too. If nothing else, an OKC victory here should teach them enough about how to win so that they can go on and defeat Miami. And that is, or course, the primary goal: defeat Miami.

And James Harden is a superstar. I'd trade our #3 pick for him without hesitation.

I am so conflicted about OKC. I love the players and the team, but I hate their owners so much and I hate that they and the NBA stole that team from Seattle. #Sonicsgate.

Notice throughout the playoffs - in crunch time, the ball is in Harden's hands - which is pretty amazing for a team with 2 superstar scorers. I liked his humble comments after the previous game when asked about his contributions - I paraphrase - "sometimes the role players have to contribute to support Durant and Westbrook". He plays like a star, but he's content to fade in the background AFTER the game. Some can take that to mean he's not a star, but actions speak louder than words, and humility is not a weakness.

No doubt. Hell I'd give up our first this year and an unprotected first next year for him. Guy is a BEAST.
