And I'm thinking that Barnes is going to be 2nd pick. Jordan is close with UNC.

There is literally a 0% (ZERO) chance either MKG or Beal drop.

Draftexpress has HB at 7th
NBAdraft has BB at 7th

Wouldn't call that ZERO chance

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Seriously, the only way MKG or Beal drop to us is if they commit murder before the draft

I agree. Beal has more chances to drop than MKG, he has even more chances to drop than HB.

Never ever say never ever  I've heard some teams on this forum value Lamb as a better sg prospect than Beal. You never know. One, two or possibly all three of PJ, Lamb and Lillard could be taken ahead of us for all we know. Cavs took T.T at 4 last year.

Official Raptors 2012 NBA Draft Thread, Part 12

MKG will drop, but it won't be to 8th. I'm sure the Cavs want another wing scorer on the wing to pair with Kyrie Irving, so it's more likely they're going after Barnes or Beal. MKG would be a terrible fit, doesn't really make sense to have another guy who only scores off of garbage buckets. Lamb could be another option for the Cavs.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

Speaking of TT, I wonder who made Quincy Miller the promise which changed his mind. Would have no qualms with grabbing him at #8 if Drummond and Lamb are gone (they will be).

We could package our 8th, 2nd round pick + Ed Davis for 6th pick. Lets say Portland needs PG they can take Lillard at 8 and add Davis, while we can draft barnes/mkg/beal/robinson whoever drops.

Let's hope it's not. :D Cause then we're going to take PJ3/Lamb

Didn't Baylor run into some trouble with the NCAA? I think that's the reason he declared, I doubt he has a promise.

The measurements haven't even come out yet. Take an inch or two off Beal, MkG and there is almost a likelihood they'd drop. PJ3 is going top 5 I'm thinking cause he measures great and doesn't need to play actual games anymore. Drummond too. Portland needs a point guard and Lillard is rising. Then the whole so and so killed so and so in a workout season begins. People really have no idea how this is going to shake down especially this year.

Davis
Barnes - let's say mj does this, he just might. He's mj.
Robinson- wash
Drummond- clev
PJ3 - sac 3/stretch 4 fits what they want to do
Lilliard -port
MkG - gs because drafting Beal to play with curry would be odd. They just balanced the lineup finally.

Tada. Beal and Lamb are on the board. Anything is possible at this point in the process.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Joe Gerrity ‏@GerrityJoe
Hornets are working out Rivers, Jermey Lamb, Ross, Terrell Stoglin, Zeller, Henson, Meyers Lenoard, Arnett Moultrie,& Terrence Jones today.

That is a nice work out group that the Hornets got. Hopefully there are reports after how it went.

Yes, they lost a couple scholarships and are to be suspended for two games but it wouldn't really affect him. They can still play in the tournament, it's not like UCONN's situation.

The way he abruptly changed his mind? I'd bet he got a phone call.

I agree that PJ3, Lamb, Lillard all of them are likely to jump high. And we should pray that Drummond is going to be selected by someone in the top 7.

Kyle O'Quinn is set to work out for the Raptors on June 12th. Might be our 2nd round pick, 6'10" center with 7'5" wingspan.
