So it's been almost a month since the injury and ~3 weeks since Bosh returned. His last game was his best hitting three 3's and playing pretty good defense. Is it safe to say he's close to 100% for the Finals?

I don't think so. Him hitting 3 is nice, but it's more of a random luck (specially giving the sample size). You can call him 100% back once he shows his post moves and is able to finish at the basket in traffic. I would say he's somewhat around 90% and a bit scared of getting re-injured. 2 games and he's back imo.
