You as a coach know you need 70 points from 2 players...you know your entire team sucks...
And you telling me, that you don't run off ball cuts, surround the Wade and Lebron with 3 point shooters and just run cuts all game...
Why the hell you still running pick and roll with Battier on the court?
Battier can't shoot
Spo should've milked the hell out of James Jones Chalmers and Cole, with short minutes from Mike Miller
And it should've been just cuts all game.
Lebron and Wade pick and roll with shooters
Off ball cuts with shooters.
We should've looked like the damn Warriors...
But this fool runs the same plays over and over and over and over and eveyone knows it.
Why the Hell does Lebron and Wade look like they are defeated already?
If they aren't leading by 15 plus in the middle of the 4th they look like they are gonna lose.
The entire arena knew they were gonna lose...
Hell I knew they were gonna lose.
It's 2011 all over again.
Bron had a scoring drought. It happens. It's disappointing that it caused our whole offense to come to a screeching halt.
Wade is having one of his worst postseasons of his career. Not much else to say other than that.
We had good off-ball movement. Not really Spo's fault Battier and Haslem don't get open off those cuts or that no one passes to Rio. Wade and Bron were getting it in the paint.
You seem to be saying what I'm saying. The supporting cast wasn't getting open off any of their cuts. They just weren't getting themselves open anywhere but on the perimeter, and when they did, they weren't making their shots. Haslem got his jumpshot in his spot a few times and missed.
Why does our offense fall stagnant sometimes? It's based on spacing and reads, right? So why do we rely so much on Bron and Wade so much? If you look at it, who are flanking the Big2 usually? Rio, Shane and UD. Shane passes off a lot of shots that Miller and JJ would probably take. Rio was 3-7 and 1-5 from those open downtown looks he had. Haslem was 1-5 on the night. Bron and Wade got him the ball in the paint a couple times, but he couldn't convert. Stuff that Bosh would eat for breakfast.
I'm not sure how you're watching this team play. Are you just looking at the results, or actually analyzing how the offense is run? We're missing some pretty good looks. We're still getting lots of points in the paint, but we're not capitalizing on the open perimeter looks. If we can't shoot well at home, then we got problems. That's really what it's been. The support cast has not pulled its weight. PEACE.
